Excellent and tidy job made of re-thatching our Breeze House room. All mess from removal of old roof thoroughly cleared. New roof looks great and waterproof again.

I have just upgraded my Breeze House by having glazed infill sections added. It has been fantastic. From my first telephone contact (with Amber) ot the intsallation today everything has gone according to plan. The installers today could not have been more helpful and the quality of the product is just excellent. If I could have given it more stars I would!! A very happy customer.

We would highly recommend this product. It was delivered on time the installation team did a fantastic job. They clearly no there stuff.
The breeze house it’s self is well put together and contains everything you need to entertain family and friends.

Fantastic product very pleased with the service and installation and the smooth running from the agent to breeze houses and the communication between myself and Amber at the headquarters of breeze houses. The two chaps who came to install the product were very very good so thank you too Aaron and Alex for (a) marvellous installation and also to Amber for her help.

We saw the product at Tatton Park show and whilst arriving with no intention to buy anything ended up really interested in a breeze house due to the product and the gentle sales approach of Mark and Kathy. We subsequently ordered and had a site visit to review fabrics. The house was smoothly installed by a polite and efficient team lead by Mark and we are delighted with the final product

From start to finish the process has been seamless. Everyone I have spoken to at Breeze House has been nothing but helpful. Our Mara is also lovely. Highly recommend. Very happy.

Top class customer service. From the initial phone and site enquiries through to installation arrangements, we have experienced the best customer service. Every member of the Breeze team has been knowledgeable and helpful. We received follow up phone calls from senior management to confirm the order and manage expectations of next step. Everything was done when they said it would. I cannot praise the experience of buying our Savannah Oval Breeze house highly enough. It makes me totally confident that the installation will be as efficient and smooth, we can’t wait!

My Savannah Breeze house is ten years old. I love it and think Breeze House is an amazing company,
Amber the sales person was so helpful when I inquired into a backfill and new cushions. It was fitted by Mark and Gus who did a wonderful job just so pleased with it. I have sent pictures to the sales office showing evidence of the quality of work and lovely cushions.

The experience from start to finish was fantastic. Staff couldn’t be more helpful at Webbs Garden Centre Cheltenham and ensured that we had lots of information before any decisions were made.

When we received delivery of the breeze house on 12/4/24 we couldn’t have been more pleased. The two men who came to build were the politest and most helpful builders we’ve ever had. They helped guide us to the best place to put the breeze house in the garden and ensured we were happy before they proceeded. They were thorough yet quick in putting the build together.

The actual finish and quality of the breeze house is fantastic. Everything is exactly as expected from way back picking the details and it is all incredible quality. We couldn’t be happier.

So far rhe while experience has been excellent from initial contact to explaining the process,awaiting installation and if its as smooth will be 5 stars all the way

Having had our Breeze house for something like 10 years the roof needed attention. We had opted for a thatch roof as new knowing it had a limited lifespan. When it came to renewal we bit the bullet and went for a cedar shingle replacement. Not cheap but job done in an hour. Looks much better and the jackdaws don't stand a chance of stripping it!
The guys were on time, quick, tidy and polite. All the waste was removed with no mess left.
Great company to deal with, we highly recommend the products.
