Fantastic Service from Reece, I enquired online and received a call within 1 hr. Expert knowledge, really friendly and worked quickly to fulfil my requests.

Not only did they supply a cost effective 12 radio system, their technical people tweeked it to fit some very unusual and specific needs we had and that other supplier had said couldn't be met.

It is good to be able to report that a call for help, for information on a Sailor radio, fitted in a Dutch yacht was given serious attention by the team. Reece passed my enquiry to Josh who went the extra mile or more to find information on this 20 year-old model (4900). The Dutch couple were very grateful for my role as go-between with Josh. They were suffering from 20 hours on the North Sea with a radio problem and then delays with immigration. Brentwood Comms helped restore some normality. Forever grateful for helping out strangers in a fix. Truly heartening to us oldie-sailors 70+.

- Order was delivered to the wrong address
- Radios were not supplied with the batteries ordered
- Radios were not supplied with accessory port dust covers (I am unsure weather the manufacturer should have provided)
