I order Osmo oil onlineon a Thursday. To be in store the very next day for collection. It never turned up on the delivery. This was a Friday, the store then said it wouldn’t then arrive until Monday at 4pm. On Monday it never turned up on the delivery. I phoned brewers on Tuesday morning, tried phoning 4 times before I was automatically transferred to the head office. They couldn’t understand why it had not been delivered to the store as the area warehouse was showing as plenty in stock. The brewers branch then phoned me to say it would be delivered to the store on Wednesday at 4pm. I said this was unacceptable and I wanted a refund. They staff on the phone said I had to go in store to get a refund. I explained it was an online order so normally the refund is done on line. They insisted I went to the store to get a refund. I insisted on speaking to a store manager who did confirm I would be given a refund on line. And going to the store they would t be able to give me a refund it would have to be done on line. The refund came through in 2 days. I ordered the Osmo oil online Amazon on the Tuesday and it arrived Wednesday morning. I will not order anything from brewers in the future

Brilliant service, mixed paint was ready within 1 hr

Opened an account with this company and used it to purchase some rather expensive paint etc. The staff were very helpful and I returned at the weekend to look at wallpaper. Once again the staff were helpful and would recommend Brewers.

Very impressed with the product selection and service at the counter when I collected my order. The young assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was trying to decide on Dulux Weathershield colours. Brewers is my go-to store for paints.

I wanted to match some Laura Ashley paint, which they did and it was on offer. Good range of products in the shop and helpful assistants.

Very efficient, well run establishment. I went and had some paint made up in a sample tin. Which was done immediately. I then went home and used the tester pot.

I later returned and purchased a 5 litre tin and this was made up immediately. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good service.

Ordered ceiling paint for pick up at Gillingham branch but happened to be close to Maidstone branch. They organised a refund and I bought paint from the Maidstone branch. All very easy and staff were very friendly and clearly wanting to help. Great experience.

Well priced and a good paint , the transaction was easy ordered on line and picked up in store with no fuss

Ordered a roll of wallpaper and told after 3 working days i would get a message to collect.
After one week and no message i went to store and told it was in and no message because of an issue?
showed order details and was given a box with the wrong wallpaper! So glad i checked before i left the store!
Eventually given the right one so all ok in the end., but could do better.

A great little store that has a very helpful team. I love coming in here as they always are helpfull with all my questions which is why I choose to come here than other competitors, you pay for what you get.Based on the other reviews yes they always seem busy which is why they may not answer the phone immediately but they did while I was there in between serving

Placed an order for 5 litres of waterproofing paint, and it arrived before the due date so very pleased

Ordered , informed when in ,, collected. Excellent service all round , will use brewers again .
