Have had great service from all who work in the Maidstone branch there always on hand to help out as have been very busy over summer holidays and they’ve always managed to get my materials all on time

Vast range of decorating materials for the trade and public. Good prices and the staff there appear to have a lot of knowledge and are very helpful. The branch is a longer journey for me but they are so good. I will buy all my materials here

Was supposed to be 3 day click and collect with text message to tell me when ready. Phoned after 5 days after hearing nothing. Item not in stock. Went into store after 10 days of no text. Item was there but they hadn't bothered to text me! Not good if you need something urgently like I did.

Product description was extremely misleading! On separate order, took over a month to get a refund for a click and collect order. Staff in store maidstone didn’t know how to refund so rang customer service who were very helpful and had to talk them through how to do it.
