Hi it’s always a bit of hit & miss if…
Hi it’s always a bit of hit & miss if you get a answer to a enquiry by phone, I guess if they are with customers there’s no back up. I was also doing a click and collect but had to stand outside the shop for what seemed like eternity whilst the two staff got caught up with people trying to decide on paint colours etc. Long waits by phone or in the shop are very frustrating but the staff when you get there are normally very polite.
