pleasantly surprised by the small team at the Irvine branch who were very friendly and helpful. Was very impressed that they didn't mind completing my list of requests to the car before finalising the transaction including timing belt (that was due), MOT and even a tiny dent, all sorted.

Darren was so knowledgeable and smart in suggesting the best finance deals that could save me costs. He went out of his way to provide me the best options . I would recommend Bridge end motor for any car purchases as they really provide reasonable car costs plus a 12 months warranty including their reasonable motorcover. So lucky to have found a good car with them and they have been so helpful even after car purchase. So good to know you have these people just waiting to help you when you need it. Great experience with Darren at Bridgend Irvine.
Consistency in communication and easy to deal with. Had a slight issue with the car not long after having it but Darren got me seen at the service department very quickly who solved my problem the same day and all under the warranty.

Test drove 2 different cars on separate days. Sales executive Stewart was friendly and professional throughout with no hard sell at all. A pleasure to deal with. Salesman Stewart went above and beyond by bringing the car to a closer showroom to allow us to view and test drive. He wasn't pushy, he allowed us to look around the car at our own pace. Very friendly guy.

It was nice to be able to look at the car without someone standing over your shoulder the entire time, yet also readily available to answer questions or show extra documentation.
