Difficult to return
Didn’t like the tiles,tried to return, no time given for pickup, waited in all day nobody came, was told driver had run out of time, had to wait in most of the next day, very inconvenient.Will be £35 out of pocket for this service, then again, still no refund after well over a week

Not the best experience
I ordered a very expensive tile on line (1 of 3) to be called, after the delivery was confirmed, to say 1 of them was out of stock and the web site was not up to date. So my money has been banked but they have still not been delivered. My account has not been updated to reflect the delivery delay and I have not been contacted to tell me when i am going to receive them. Not impressed.

No customer service!
The delivery company they use are literally useless,
when trying to contact British Ceramics over this i wrote them an email on their chat box, which said there was no one there to take my message as their offices where open 8.30-5.30 monday- friday but i was messaging them at 5, so it was nice to see they can go home early and doss around. Some of us have to do a full days work.
It said someone would get back to me asap, but no one did, and im still waiting 3 days on!
Shocking, i would never order from them again.

Asked them to reduce the courier fee as only buying a small amount of tiles and they did. Lovely people on the phone and the tiles are beautiful. Highly recommend them.
