I ordered some tile samples with a view to buy. The samples didn’t arrive, despite me trying to contact the company, I finally got through and was told I was no longer eligible for the discount that was previously available given the amount of time the tiles had taken to be delivered.
I would not recommend this company.

Great service. Tiles were delivered immediately. Those broken on delivery were replaced immediately. Excellent customer care by Laura in the customer service department.

My experience with British Ceramic Tile has been excellent. Our new en suite in our loft conversion was due to be completed before Christmas, but things got pushed back and it all got a bit chaotic. Our tiler underestimated how many wall tiles we would need, and I had to order 5 extra tile samples from BCT on the Friday before Christmas. Paying for one box plus delivery didn't make any financial sense, but I couldn't find anywhere else locally where I could get the tiles at such short notice. Samples seemed the most sensible option. The tiles arrived on the Thursday after Christmas just in time for the tiler to finish before New Year. When they arrived, BCT had sent us a full box (6) and not charged normal postage. I can't tell you how much we appreciated this gesture and the fantastic customer service. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends and family after this experience, the like of which is pretty rare these days.

Speedy delivery ,well packaged items,only criticism few tiles were chipped on edge , didn't bother me as I used them for cuts ,I'm sure they would have replaced them if I asked ,all in all go service

Great service and quick efficient delivery

Easy to order tiles online (I had previously purchased a sample) and a small discount helped with the cost of Laura Ashley floor tiles. Delivery was on 4th working day. Well packaged, although we did find one tile broken. Very pleased with look of finished product.
Would recommend.
