Bought a vibrating collar to recall our deaf puppy, still early days but product is well made and training is going well

Ordered my second vibration, sound only remote dog collar. very useful as call back whilst rough shooting and no electric stimulus, also ideal for deaf dogs as well on vibration. Just the piece of kit I needed and the guys at British Dog were very helpful. It arrived in good time as well.

I bought this in desperation to prevent my springer worrying/chasing stock and birds. She grew used to the collar very quickly and I haven't had to use the shocks, just the warnings thus far. The dog is young so I hope she has learned now but I have the shocks as back up if necessary.

A very quick service and good cd with instructions for use.

I was told at my dog training classes NOT to use this!

Not sure if product is working yet as dogs still barking but not for quite as long but no problems with ordering or delivery

I purchased from this business a few years ago, I had to ring them back about my product this week and discovered the old owners had gone into liquidation.....luckily the new owners of the business were fantastic. They helped me with my questions even though the item was not purchased from them. They've recommended a new collar to me which is even better that the one I previously purchased. The lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with dog problems.

I bought a spray collar from them in August 2014 and received it the following week. It did not work. The told me to contact manufacturer for replacement which I did and 2 weeks later it arrived but did not work. I asked for my money back and a return paid envelope. They said they would refund me postage. I stupidly enclosed postage receipt in the parcel. What a mistake. They deny receiving the returned item and so refuse to refund me. I have lost £93.86. Judging by other reviews they make a practice of this. They do not answer the phone and there is no address for the company either.

I have just received an email to say I will be getting a refund.

No goods came, no phone calls returned no e mails answered.

Still waiting for a refund, response or communication back after 3 weeks. They are cowboys and will be reported to trading standards shortly. Phone lines are un manned and emails not responded to. Do not use.

I bought an electric collar. It arrived, I set it up and it did not work. The company will not respond to me to let me know what to I or give me any assistance. This was bought about 5 weeks ago now, I have emailed them at least once a week and had no response. Now I'm £90 out if pocket with a non functioning E collar at home. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

we were recommended to use this company by a friend and reviews of their products seemed good. we therefore made the mistake of ordering a training collar.

several weeks later no collar has arrived. the company do not respond to email, do not answer their phone and do not respond to phone messages. I have given up trying to contact them and am trying to get my money back via paypal.

I am writing this review as they emailed me asking for feedback!! I definitely would not recommend them.

This company is a disgrace. Same as everyone else, bought an item, money has been taken, no item. I have reported them to my bank and trading standards, along with as many links to other reviews site that all say te exact same thing. terrible company.

I ordered a collar on the 19,10,12.. On the 22,10,12. They took my money of £162 out of my bank . I had a email on the 12,11,12 inquiring if I had received my collar. I still haven't received it . All the phone calls I have made and emails sent have been ignored . I have just heard they have gone into liquidation .I am going to be looking further into getting my money back .I have just been on their site and seen they are still selling the same items at a reduced price .I would avoid them like the plague .They will just rob you .

Really annoyed with British Dog. Bought a collar back in October and never received it - kept e-mailing/leaving messages . The order details said "pending shipment" 10 days ago, this changed to shipped - on the day I ordered it in October. I received a mail asking me if I was happy with my purchase. Since then, I've e-mailed constantly, left messages every day and no replies from them. Just glad its only £13.99
