Excellent Customer Service
Initially there was a problem with delivery attributed to Royal Mail's inefficiency. The Customer Service team of British Thermals investigated the issue and concluded that the parcel wasn't actually delivered to me and promptly sent a new pack. I particularly thank William for successfully resolving this issue.

My order arrived within 24 hours (fantastic). However, it became defective on first use. British Thermals offered me a full refund without quibble which I gratefully accepted. They dealt with me in a courteous and polite way and I can definitely recommend this Company.

I have purchased both male and female…
I have purchased both male and female thermals in the last month, the male ones are fantastic, as for support where your underpants!! Who doesn’t do this!.
As for the ones for my disabled daughter who is in a wheelchair the top fitted well, but the leggings were so tight around the ankle that it was nearly impossible to get them on or off, I had to buy a set of male ones and they were fine, I presume theladies ones are for small ankles and you don’t need to put any give in them , I find this very strange, hence the 4 star rating

Yes, the leg opening is smaller to cater for smaller ankles and to stop the cold getting in. However, I have conveyed your feedback to our designers to see if any changes can be made to accommodate your valued comments.
