Excellent customer service and product
Purchased the 3/4 length mens long John and ordered small and medium sizes. Whilst the small should have fit my waist size they were smaller than expected. The medium fit and feel is great. May be best to think about your normal fit rather than the inch sizes. The customer service around the exchange process and re-ordering of the exchange (and more products) has been prompt, personal and truly excellent Well done to the company for the service and product.

A1 service and communication. I received my order of a bath wrap and it had a flaw on it. I contacted b.t. and they were on it immediately , within 2 days I had a replacement . I will definitely buy from again .

At this point British thermals has no rating for me. I chose 1 star rating because I could not continue without rating. I ordered 2 items since February and received order confirmation with my bank account debited. However, since then, till now, the items have not been delivered.
The above stated facts only leave the impression that British thermals is either fraudulent and/or grossly negligent. And the later is just to put it mildly.
I will not advise anyone person to deal with them

Great customer service
I ordered two items from British Thermals within hours of each other, the first arrived the next day, but unfortunately the second item got lost in transit. I reported this to the company through email and their response was excellent. They resent the item which arrived safely and their email responses were immediate, polite and helpful. GREAT British Thermals
I have just received my second purchase (before noon) within a fortnight from British Thermals.I only ordered the Fleece Pet Blankets yesterday and paid for Standard delivery. My first purchase of multifunction Neck Fleeces was similarly prompt. They are really good at same day dispatch, and informing me by email what is happening.
Customer Services(Tom) are also on the ball. I erroneously entered my email address when completing my second order which meant I did not receive the confirmation email immediately. He replied to my querying email instantly plus provided the tracking info.
The products are great value and excellent quality, also made in Britain, what’s not to like.
I think they have provided outstanding service and I thoroughly recommend them.

British made superb quality thermal vests
Ordered two white thermal vests on Friday afternoon and they arrived Monday morning which impressed me in these pandemic times. The vests were very good quality, wonderfully thermal and the V neck is good for under work shirts.British made and at great price. Would definitely order from again and recommend.

At last I’ve found a pair of thermal socks that actually work and keep my feet toasty warm all throughout my shift at work. Great value pack of 3 and speedy delivery. Would highly recommend you purchase some for yourself especially if you suffer from ‘dead’ limbs like me!!!
