I have Arthritis and sometimes can't press the keyboard hard enough for the keys to register. I ordered some items, but my house number did not show up on the address, so Royal Mail returned the parcel to the sender. I emailed the sender telling them of the problem on the day of delivery (Sunday) I had been sent a reply on Sunday saying when they receive the parcel, they will re-send it to me for free. The FOLLOWING DAY, Monday, my parcel came back to me, house number written in ink on the label!! What great service; A; to be working on a Sunday, and answering my email that day,and B: sending my parcel back by return. These are great products too. Thanks so much British Thermals.

Marvelous customer service from British Thermals. I was sent a mis-labeled vest top, clearly not the right size, and when I emailed, I got a prompt response, an apology, and a free top - delivered immediately! Nothing but good old-fashioned courtesy throughout, along with some wonderfully warm new togs! Very proud of this company's obvious good standards!

What an amazing company. Quick delivery and because I ordered the wrong size, I sent them back easily and within 2 days, was notified of refund. I would definately recommend this company to other people.

Brought two mens short sleeved thermal vests for my husband and they arrived today, within 24 hours of ordering. They are such lovely quality plus a really good price. Very impressed all round, so much so, getting my husband a couple more plus some for me too.

Lovely company, and always quick delivery. I have quite a few of their items now and all are top quality and warming. I am enjoying the full length long-johns, I get cold very easily and these are really helping keep me warm at night. Come winter I know I will be toasty. Also they sent out an email to customers recently which made me think they are a very kind-hearted company with great ethics. Cheers

Ordered the thermal British made vests. They are excellent quality a good fit and wash really well.

I had a small problem with the stitching on a vest which I returned. I was pleasantly surprised to recieve a replacment within 24hrs not only that but a telephone call to apologise for the problem. Would that there were more companies like this where customers are valued and service is first class. Many thanks.

We purchased a 3 pack thermal top set with long sleeves. On opening the third one we noted the top had short sleeves. I wrote to offer a return. British Thermals answered immediately and sent a new long sleeved top the next day. They gifted the short sleeved top, requesting no return. The correspondence was kindly, understanding and polite. Excellent swift response and service. Well done and thank you to British Thermals.

An excellent example of how customer services should be run. There was a small repairable fault on one item that I had only worn twice. I sent the company a photograph of the problem to inform them of a possible quality control difficulty. I did not want the item replaced but the company not only send me a new item but told me to repair the fault and keep the original item without question. A lesson that should be learnt by many companies.

My experience with British Thermals has been outstanding in every respect. Their communication and customer service is second to none and my order arrived very quickly. Their company ethics and commitment to quality is evident.

I suffer from poor circulation and always have cold feet. I ordered 2 pair of extra warm socks to wear in my wellies whilst walking the dog. I was informed throughout the process from order to delivery. The socks are as stated thick and warm. A lovely finishing touch was a call from British Thermals to make sure I was happy with my order. Would highly recommend

For a first time order, I was impressed with the service.
Ordered mid-day on Friday and received the delivery by 10am the next day. The courier charge was competitive.
The products were also very good quality too (British designed).
The Customer Service team were also professional and courteous when replying to order queries.
I would entertain placing new orders with British Thermal should the need arise.
