What fantastic service. Placed my order on Saturday morning, informed it was dispatched one hour later
and received goods on Sunday afternoon.
Well made items and sizing is as described. Tried items on straight away and good fit.
Will be back if I need more.

16/3/23 As I understand it these reviews on Trust Pilot relate to the service received from firms. As regards British Thermals I have found in dealing with their customer service department that they are only too happy to deal with my queries.

Excellent customer service with good communication. Would have no hesitation in buying from this company again.

The articles that I received were not in accordance with my Order. On advising British Thermals, they immediately advised me of my options, either to return them or retain them at 50 % of original cost.
This Service I consider to be the best experience I have had, buying on line

We are a charity buying goods to send to Ukraine. British Thermals not only gave us a whopping discount but included complementary items as well. They did all they said they would and kept to time with everything - ensuring delivery to tight deadlines. A special shout goes to Tom who could not have been more helpful.

I ordered from this company as their website was easy to use and they had good value products. DPD delivered my parcel to the wrong address so I emailed British Thermals on a Saturday morning. They called me straight back and solved my problem.

They managed to get another order sent out on the Saturday which arrived on the Sunday just in time for my holiday. They went to extra lengths to help me and I can't rate them highly enough. Tom, who works there even chased the royal mail driver down the road to get my parcel on the delivery van by 12.

Very swift delivery and excellent communications in dealing with a small fault. This company demonstrated what first class customer service should be like. It was also good to find a company that both designed and manufactured their products in Britain.

Great customer service and good quality product.
Original product caught up in postal strike so replacement sent.
Replacement order arrived first and next day original product arrived!
Unfortunately both too small so sent back and refund issued. Ordered larger product which was perfect!

Absolutely fantastic shopping experience with British Thermals! Dealing with this company is like taking a step back in time…….( as in you are dealing with a human being that cares! ) I made a mistake with my order and they couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient in rectifying the issue. I made a mistake in my order. It was corrected speedily within minutes of my email advising of the error. I was buying thermals because my son had been so impressed with the quality of his own order. Notwithstandin postal disruptions, the order was delivered in good time.

Great thermal vests and such a first class service from the time of ordering through to delivery. Questions I had we’re dealt with very effectively via email. Would certainly recommend and use again.

I ordered some long johns and thermal socks. Both meet my needs and were very reasonably priced. I also bought some other thermal socks but did not notice the offer size was smaller than I needed. Customer services dealt with the matter promptly and to my full satisfaction. I am very happy to recommend the company.

Made in Britain? Nearly fell off me perch. Declare that production facility a SSSI site immediately. My wife, a chilly creature, is road testing her latest acquisition and has already declared it far warmer than some well known high street names. Enough to convince me to order some for myself.
