I was promised a £100 Amazon voucher on signing up for broadband. After many calls they referred me to customer.service(at)broadbandchoices.co.uk who instantly sent me a code which worked on Amazon check out.

Reply from broadbandchoices.co.uk
Purchased Virgin Broadband with promise of £95 Amazon Voucher within 120 days. Nothing arrived and no response from broadbandchoices customer service.
Virgin accept no responsibility although they benefit from it and have a kick back scheme with them.
Its a scam, stay away from Broadbandchoices and businesses like Virgin who associate with them.
12/1/23 I’ve emailed multiple times without response.

All I can say is that this £100 voucher is a big scam to attract new customers. We’re purchased that broadband for this simple purpose. Email their support team no chance getting any responses back. Big Big scam. We will change our review if we get anywhere with them but it’s not looking promising at all.It has been pass 120 days as they said and nothing has arrived in our inbox. Avoid! @virginmedia
Was promised a £100 Amazon voucher when I signed up to Virgin.Didn't received it after 120 days - I checked spam and tried from October to contact virgin, giftcloud, and broadbandservices.
Nobody answers to my query on the email provided on the voucher email. I manged to contact broadbandchoices and they answered - I got the voucher after 1 month as the process to verify purchase took a while.
Thank you
Promised £100 amazon voucher after signing up to virgin Internet. This company haven't sent any voucher and are ignoring all emails
Was promised a £100 Amazon voucher when I signed up to Virgin. Never received it so I spent ages trying to chase it to be told that it had been sent by email and I hadn't claimed it so it had expired. I never received anything either in my inbox or spam and now reading the reviews on here this doesn't surprise me.
Like many, still haven’t received my voucher after 120 days (which was at the beginning of October). Keeping on and on chasing their only contact email address which just replies with an automated email that says I’ll receive a reply in 5 working days.
Check my junk every day.
Signed up to Virgin with £95 Amazon voucher. Jumped through all the appropriate hoops. Waited 120 days. Nothing, chased (was told up to 20 working days), voucher arrived in 15. This should be automatic, I hate to think how many will forget.
never go my amazon voucher for signing up to virgin media, 120 dys came and went, virgin says speak to broadbandchoices.co.uk but they have no phone number
I bought a Vodafone broadband package in Apr22 which went live in May22. There was £43 cashback via TopCashback and £100 gift card after 120 days. I've had the cashback but no gift card or instructions how to get it. I have contacted Broadband Choices but get no answer or gift card/voucher or instructions how to get it. The company seems to be a scam that offers incentives but fails to pay them. TopCashback must know this but continues to use them as a partner.
Edit 04.11.22 this is the response to my complaint that they have not delivered ...
"Complaint Outcome
We acknowledge you contacted us via vouchers@broadbandchoices, however, this is an unmonitored inbox, whereby if further help is required, we inform our customers in the automated response to contact our Customer Service team at customer.services@broadbandchoice
Broadband Choices are not involved in the fulfilment of vouchers for Vodafone, therefore we are unable to escalate your query with them.
The matter of your complaint is the responsibility of Vodafone as the service you have received from another company is not something that Broadband Choices has responsibility for therefore Vodafone need to address it with you directly.
In order for this to be looked into by Vodafone you will now need to raise the complaint directly with the Provider using the following details - (email address removed)"
In other words "we've earned our commission from your purchase now get lost"
Failure to pay cashback. This is very disappointing after waiting almost 13 months for a decision. I suppose I should not be surprised when looking at customer reviews on Topcashback for broadbandchoices.co.uk dating back over more than five years, where the overwhelming majority have expressed similar if not identical experiences of long waits and refused cashback.
To state that the 'Transaction cannot be traced' and that 'This does suggest that the merchant has been unable to locate your queried transaction based upon the information that you have provided as your main order number for this claim' infers that there is either dishonesty or incompetence on my part. I provided an order number based on a legitimate transaction made via Topcashback and broadbandchoices.co.uk, for a broadband service with Virgin Media that I am still currently using. That they cannot track this beggars belief and in light of so many similar dire customer reviews places the onus on them surely rather than the customer.
I feel like I have been conned, choosing to use broadbandchoices.co.uk for this transaction mainly because of the attractive and considerable cashback incentive that was offered. Had I known that 13 months later I would be told the same story as so many other customers, I would have chosen another comparison site (either through Topcashback or elsewhere). A smaller cashback incentive is better than none.
I will be adding my name to the litany of one star reviews and will certainly not be recommending broadbandchoices.co.uk to anyone. Given the high number of negative customer experiences that are documented, please could you review the genuineness and reliability of this company, as I feel that their incentives are misleading the public.
Again, may I underline my utter disappointment at such a lengthy process and negative disingenuous outcome.
I bought two different broadband packages with a cashback incentive of £95 on both products. None of the cashback vouchers has been issued to me. I sent five emails to broadband reviews, and all I received back was a generic email. Informing me to wait for 90 days and to contact the FAQs for this site. I am not wasting anymore time on this; what a scam! And to make it worse, I recommended this deal t well over 20 people who also have not had the voucher sent or honoured. Virgin and Talk Talk must know of this awful service of cashback. Especially as their customer base has gone up tenfold in response to these cashback deals.
Over 120 days - Virgin Media.
Email sent last week.
All details given.
0 response, 0 voucher - email on safe list.
Edit. Came - albeit a fair bit after 120 days with lots of chasing.
Was promised a £120 (or so) voucher for signing up for an internet contract. I received the voucher but noticed the e-mail late, and now it has expired and the company won't reissue it. I gained no value by using this service.
Broadbandchoice.co.uk never sent me a voucher,(I have checked all my mail, including spam)Now have told me the time has expired.
I’ve never had to chase a company to keep a promise. I hope a bigger, more honest company puts them out of business.
Scam company, the don’t send you the £95 voucher after taking out a contract as promised. Don’t respond to emails either
I was called today by some man with bad English from 0330 9127143 who said he was from broadband choices and tried to get me to see if I could be on a better deal. I told him I'm in a contract yet he continued trying to get more information. I repeated again that I would have to pay to cancel my contract and he hung up on me. I looked up the number and it's been reported elsewhere as a scam. If the call isn't genuinely from broadband choices then they need to fix this as soon as possible. How has this parasite got my name and number? GDPR breached somewhere and will anything ever be done about it? NO! Because our government is corrupt!
i wish trust pilot has an option to give 0 stars for FRAUD company called Broadband choices. I took Virgin Media connection thru them as they offered £100 cashback. I had taken the new connection on March 1st and it has been close to 200 days and there is no trace of them.
BEWARE as they can't be reached thru customer care as well. No matter how many times you send them mail, it never gets responded!
Such a waste of time.
As others have stated, I have not received my £95 Amazon Voucher for switching to Virgin Media.
Having been told by VM that the only way to get the voucher is through Broadbandchoices.co.uk.
Multiple emails to them and nothing back.
Do not use this company or you will waste many hours trying to get your promised voucher with no resolution!
Took out a Virgin media contract in May 2022 and still waiting to receive the £100 voucher promised. Like other reviewers being ignored by the Customer Service team. Regretting going with Virgin now...
