Dont trust this company. Took 2 year broadband contract from Community Fiber. Even after 4 months no voucher. Customer service team is rubbish and donot respond. So far 10 emails sent but no response. No one is there to answer Customer service number 0207 400 6200.

Bought a Virgin Media plan with promise of £100 Gift Card from Amazon.
After a 3 months there is no voucher and no response from consumer service support.

Took out a new contract with virgin media through this company with the promise of a £95 gift card for amazon. Low and behold 120 days pass and nothing. Contacted gift cloud who directed me back to broadband choices. After a few emails back and forth apparently they have opened a case with virgin which can take up to another 20 working days, weirdly enough I got told not to contact virgin directly in an email off these people....why? 10 days left to hear of an outcome. Will update here if any progress is made, but I will most definitely be putting a complaint in with virgin media and ofcom.

Edited to add - Received my voucher within hours of posting this review....coincidence?? Who knows. All I can say is keep on at them if you don't receive it automatically and then you will eventually receive it.

I have asked and emailed several times now and no one has got back to me. I got a Virgin media contract in December and received no voucher. I have emailed 4 different email addresses and no response (just automatic or telling me to go to the FAQS).

Disgraceful customer service and clearly used to try and get you to switch providers without paying you what you deserve. Where is my 75 pound Amazon voucher as promised?

I also have a case regarding No Voucher.
I placed an order for TalkTalk Fibre65 on the 27th Feb 2022. This was using a link from ManeySavingExpert to a BroadbandChoices offer for TalkTalk Fibre65, promising a £60 (Amazon) Gift Card (after 90 days).
I even received an email from "no-reply at giftcloud.com" confirming the Online Exclusive.
The broadband was activated on the 15th March and to-date, I have still not received the voucher.
The problem now appears that BroadbandChoices don't reply to my emails (sent to the email address at the end of the confirmation email - vouchers at broadbandchoices.co.uk)
I tried contacting TalkTalk but they tell me that their system doesn't recognise the voucher offer.
I have tried contacting GiftCloud (sender of the confirmation email) who state that they are not the suppliers of this offer (So why did the email come from them?) and suggested I contact BroadbandChoices. Bit of circle there!!
So where are you supposed to go now to get anywhere?

In common with many others, we used this company to purchase a Virgin broadband contract on the promise of an Amazon gift voucher after 120 days. The 120 day deadline expired one month ago and no voucher or any response from this company despite several attempts to contact them. We will have to proceed with a formal complaint to ofcom as they are obviously fraudulent in their business activities.

Stay well clear of this company they promise vouchers to lure people in and then don't fulfil the deal. I was promised an £80 Amazon voucher which they have failed to deliver. It seems like the same email response that they seem to send out. I've emailed them on several occasions but have not received an adequate response.

Voucher scammers who should be prosecuted for their shady business practices. 120 days after activation + 30 days of useless time wasting emails, all I've been given are pathetic excuses about 3rd party ...

I'm complaining to everyone I can, and will take them to small claims court if they don't pay up.

As with many other complaints on this website broadband choices advertised a £75 amazon voucher with the purchase of Virgin Media broadband through their website.
This voucher has not been sent 6 months since the purchase and after numerous complaints. I have since raised a complaint with the Advertising Standards Authority as this company is clearly profiting from the customers they direct to Virgin Media without fulfilling their obligations as a part of the promotional offer on their website. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Signed up to Virgin Media using the link that was provided with the promise of receiving a £75 Amazon voucher after a set number of days.

That number of days passed and no voucher was sent. I chased this up with them a month ago and they’ve advised they are having issues with Virgin’s new processes.

No real apology given and vague assurances that this will be resolved at some point, in the future, eventually, perhaps…my breath remains unheld.

At present, it feels like I have been mis-sold a Virgin media contract.

If you ask me this company is a scam. The voucher comes from another company, and if you think the amount of dodgy emails that everyone receives. it is no wonder that the vouchers are not activated. When I use other company they are more transparent. Not them they are probably pocketing the money and enhancing their profits. I took a broadband deal through them for Community Fibre. Sadly they were not more help on this matter. I have asked them to escalate it to their marketing department as really is this good PR for them !!

I bought my Broadband via this company on the premise I would receive a voucher within 120 days. This time had lapsed and after numerous emails they NEVER respond. I am still awaiting and I have now started a complaint with Ofcom. Very poor.

Promises of a voucher. Lots of poor excuses. Doesn't care for their customers.

Like numerous other people on here I have not received my voucher and they do not respond to emails. It is surely against the law to advertise that vouchers will be provided if particular Broadband products are chosen, then not actually delivered.

I chased up Broadbandchoices again and this time received a reply that I needed to get in touch with Giftcloud. Sure enough after contacting them, they responded very quickly. They checked my details and contacted Vodafone who confirmed my Broadband was active and have emailed to say the voucher will be with me within 10 days.

I came across the Vodafone broadband deal for £20 a month plus £100 vouchers on 9th January. The deal said "Offer ends 27/01/2022" so I went back to sign up to the offer today. However, the voucher amount has reduced to £50. I called Money Supermarket customer service who said I need to speak to Broadband Choices who have said it's nothing to do with them DESPITE ORGANISING THE VOUCHERS. They said I need to speak with Vodafone and you can guess what they said... it's Broadband Choices responsible!!

Have ordered Virgin Media broadband with a promotion from this supplier (broadbandchoices) to include 50£ Amazon Gift Card. I have activated internet on 07/2021 (and the voucher supposed to come after 120 days of activation), but haven't had it coming, also created few tickets with their customer service and they left unanswered. Absolutely terrible, wouldn't recommend to anyone

Update from 07/01: after raising this in few places my gift magically arrived, so I will add one more star to my review

Ordered my Virgin media package and was promised a £75 voucher, after the initial 120 days I hadn't heard anything, so emailed, then didn't heard anything for around another 40 days telling me I wasn't entitled to the voucher (even though my virgin bills are all up to date and never missed).

After appealing I was told I would receive a voucher - this took around another 10 days, and low and behold they sent me the wrong sum of voucher. I got a £50 voucher instead of the initial £75 voucher.

Emailed to tell them and I have not received any sort of email back from them, this has now been over a week.

The service is poor, they will not keep to the time frames they say they will, and it seems to be the norm that they do not honour the initial voucher amounts advertised.

I'd have second thoughts using them.

Same ad other customers they claim to have sent the voucher and I opened the email, I have definitely have not had anything from them.

Basically calling me a little, sorry will never deal with these cowboys again

Purchased a TalkTalk internet package and was promised a £100 voucher back in August 2021. After several emails, I received a link to order an £85 gift card (already £25 down) that would take up to 90 days for me to receive. It's been more than 90 days and I haven't received anything yet, not even a confirmation. I have sent several emails but only received automatic replies. I am going in circles. They lure you in with a voucher that you will never receive. STAY AWAY.
