I had an absolutely terrible experience with this company and the broker Christine Stedmann. Started around 04/05/2026 They kept changing the pricing on me—every time I thought I had a price confirmed, they would turn around and say, ‘No, that’s wrong, the price is actually this.’ She was never clear upfront, but acted like she was. Even worse, their pricing didn’t align with their terms and conditions. When I asked them about it, they just told me to go back to the terms, which contradicted themselves. On top of that, their response times were awful—I constantly felt ignored, like I was at the bottom of their priority list. In short, it was a confusing, frustrating, and very disappointing service. I definitely would not recommend them.

At this point I have been so stressed I can't handle the mortgage process at this point. just feels like a scam

Great company, Alice and Sophie are Amazing, would recommend

Mr Hash was truly exceptional with his proactive approach, initially I got the mortgage on higher rate but he consistently was looking at the prices reduction and as soon as it happened he struck a new deal with much lower rates. If I had any issues through out my journey in buying a house, Mr Hash was available to help and deal with the issues on prior basis, he has been very supportive and proactive and very much recommended.

Where do I begin - got in touch with a very complex credit history - a male advisor was assigned to my case. He worked to find someone who could help and managed to find a specialist lender. As time progressed there was a little banter, that turned into sexual harassment - when I made a complaint about it the managing director emailed and said "I'm sorry to hear your dissatisfied with our advisor" then a few days later I was emailed again by the MD to say that the mortgage company had decided not to progress my application. I am now speaking to the ombudsman about this company.
*I am choosing not to name the advisor who harassed me as I am seeking legal advice.
Be very careful with this company

I find working with Hash on my BTL mortgages super easy, communicating via whatapp is ideal for me. He is very responsive and helpful, never had an issues and looking forward to finalising another mortage next month :-)

James was brilliant during my recent remortgage having been left with a difficult situation post-divorce. He gave me good advice and helped push things through with the bank/solicitors until the very end - he was far more pragmatic and helpful than my solicitor in fact! Thanks a million James!

Alice and Sophie went over and above In helping us, answering any questions we had no matter how stupid our questions were and giving us all the information we could possibly need and helping us from start to finish.
