We were put in contact with James Elsaba when were in the midst of a big change in our personal circumstance and were being offered lots of advice by lots of different people. James' cool, calm and compassionate approach to handling us in a pretty stressed out state immediately put us at ease and helped us get some clarity on the situation. He worked super quickly, finding us mortgage offers within a matter of hours and getting an offer in principle soon after. He worked diligently with the folks at the lenders to get us the information we needed in short order and kept us updated on the process throughout. He didn't leave us dangling and clueless. A truly personal service that was second to none, which saved us a LOAD of time and a small fortune in the long run. I cannot recommend that gentleman highly enough, don't waste your time with anyone else.

I want to thank Syeda for all the help regarding our mortgage application. Syeda communicated clearly throughout the full process which made it smooth sailing however the first application the bank accepted and later rejected due to unknown reasons. Syeda showed empathy as myself and my wife were extremely stressed and reassured us to re apply and have hope that another application would be accepted. Syeda went out her way to make sure that we were not stressed and worked very hard during work hours and after work hours. Without Syedas hard work and effort this would not be possible and no mortgage advisor would go out their way. I had second opinions from other mortgage advisors and was advised not to re apply as these applications would be rejected however Syeda was very confident that the applications would be accepted and encouraged us to re apply. I cannot thank Syeda enough for making this happen as we are first time buyers. I would highly recommend Syeda for anyone who is looking to apply for a mortgage from this firm. Excellent service and much appreciated for all the help.

I was really impressed at the way Malcolm not only responded to all my queries quickly but he also came up with ideas and solutions that I hadn't thought of. Despite other brokers saying what I wanted couldn't be done, Malcolm came up with a solution amazingly quickly. I was very impressed! Brooklands offered a great service that I am very happy to recommend.

I’m really pleased with my experience, I don’t normally write reviews but I always read them and Syeda, the Lady who helped me, deserves it. I got an excellent deal, I’m very happy , everything worked out very well. Syeda is great, really helpful and trustworthy. Brooklands would be my first call next time when remortgaging, If you’re reading this, definitely give her a call, she'll get you the best deal .

Syeda Fatima from Brooklands CF is very professional and very helpful. She was able to help us remortgage and get another mortgage for us when everyone else had failed. She explained the process fully and got us the best rates from lenders. She was available at all times and she is a lovely, approachable lady.
