Purchasing a house is known to be stressful and you NEED the most skilled service providers at hand to support you through this journey in order to make it as painless as possible. Hashmat Ghauri’s @ Brooklands truly worked his magic for us. His professional manner, attention to detail, he kept us updated throughout, are only a few qualities out of many - this is only a great example of the ethos that Brooklands Commercial Finance deliver their customer service.

YOUCEF provided a fantastic service start to finish. Before speaking with Brooklands I approached a couple of other Brokers who were not able to assist, stating that the climate & our circumstances would make it impossible to arrange a mortgage. I am so pleased with the response from Hashmat Ghauri. I was so depressed when I was let down by my regular mortgage advisor who delayed so much and didn't able to get me the mortgage offer and I wanted to complete the purchase before 30th June. Hash is so helpful and kept on updating me everytime .He was also very patient when I was bugging him so much. After that everything went smoothly and I also saved on stamp duty. Highly recommend Hash. Thank you so much.

I approached Brooklands for assistance with obtaining BTL re-mortgages in April 2020. I needed several sorting before October 2020 as they were due to expire. Like many people, we had taken out mortgages in 2008/9 with high LTV's which were now not available. Also, there had been depreciation in property values in our area. Local brokers we had used in the past were very negative and 'doom and gloom'. They wanted high fees to even try. Then with the pandemic hitting they said nothing could be done for several months.

So I noticed Brooklands recommended on a Landlord Forum. So I made a call and was very pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the broker who returned the call - Youcef Oudjida. He was very knowledgeable and confident that he could help us without making unrealistic promises. We had the five most urgent re-mortgages sorted well before October and a further four by March of this year. I cant recommend Brooklands, in particular Youcef, highly enough. He went way above anything expected and more. He put up with us on bad days and through difficult scenarios.

I have recommended this company and Youcef to several people. However one word of warning - when searching for Brooklands don't confuse Brooklands CF with Brooklands Mortgage Services who are a completely different company. It's Brooklands CF that we are reporting on here.
