If there was an option to give 10 Stars, id still push for more. What a great service provided by Hashmat Ghauri. Great person ! I didn't even have to worry about a single thing. It was all taken care off by him on priority bases so that I can aim for the stamp duty holiday. Got my mortgage approved and offer from the bank with in 5 days and yes that includes the valuation process too!

He worked at lightning speed and helped cuts down the mortgages approval time by at least 50%. He went out of his way to negotiate the best possible terms with the lender. Seven star service!
