We can not thank Michelle Claude enough for her recent support and perseverance over what should have been a straight forward application. We received an awful customer experience from Coventry but Michelle never gave up and kept us fully informed at every point until approval. A big thank you from very appreciative customers.

I am 84 Years old with the portfolio of the properties she recently done three properties re mortgages cases for me she is brilliant in her field I defiantly recommended to others.

My mortgage requirements were complex and in the middle of a global pandemic securing lending on the purchase a new build property and transferring a residential mortgage to a BTL proved very challenging. I put total trust in the expertise and knowledge Brooklands team provides, Nick my broker who has managed my case, fully understood my needs and provided assurance every step of the way. This is the 1st time I have used a mortgage broker to source my lending but I am so glad I did, as this took a lot of the stress out of the process and they were able to present my case to the various lenders to secure both my mortgage offers. I would highly recommend in these uncertain times to use a mortgage broker and Brooklands are the very best.
