Fast despatch only problem was the box was damaged, unsure if it was damaged at the supplier or in transit. Product wasn’t damaged though.

The loft hatch I ordered was some 50% cheaper than anywhere else at Building Plastics Wales, shipping was free and it arrived earlier than expected. What more can you want?

Delivery cost was more than the cap…
Delivery cost was more than the cap ends I ordered. They would have fitted into an envelope with a second class stamp for £1 rather than the £5.99 delivery cost!!! I even called and spoke to someone about it but was told there was nothing they could do about it.
