What a great experience from this splendid company. Not only did they have the paint I was looking for (was proving almost impossible to track down elsewhere) but it was delivered the next day and went on like a dream. I ordered two Crown Indulgence emulsions. They look great on and the equipment cleaned up quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend and I’ll definitely come back when I need anything similar.

They do not make it clear that the paint is mixed and therefore there refund policy is invalid. It should be clearly stated. Absolutely no help and support from customer service and we have now spent €500 on paint that is a pure waste. STAY CLEAR

Customer service was great, they went out of their way to help me with the paint I required. Delivery was very quick. Being disabled I find it hard going to shops for paint, now I’ve found this site I will be using their services again.

I was kept well informed on the status and progress of my order, the delivery was quick and on-time, the items were well packaged, and the colour match of the paint was great. There was a slight packing error with one of the items in my order, but the team responded quickly and professionally, resolving the issue effectively and with very little hassle. I'll definitely be using them again for any paint materials I might need in the future.

Needed a durable version of a particular colour of crown paint. This was the only place I could find it.... quality of product, packaging & delivery were all spot on. Very pleased 👍

Ordered from these guys last week. Everything came when expected and the paint was exactly what we had picked. Highly recommend them and we'll definitely be using their service in the future.

I discussed the situation regarding the paint delivery (I purchased it in February) with Buypaintsonline. It’s been agreed that the paint will be delivered.

Just to clarify regarding the emails I received from your company on 4 May (confirming an order I did not place) and 9 May (follow-up email about my purchase experience) - I did not understand the purpose of these emails.
Please delete my email from your bulk emailing list.

Ordered 3 tins of bespoke paint for delivery and arrived in 3 days even with a bank holiday. Brilliant price. Very well packed. Just wish other companies could be this good. Would recommend any day Thanks

Was a bit dubious about buying paint online, however the price was excellent compared to local companies, delivery was great considering the time of year and the strike issues going on. Both tins arrived in great condition. The only concern was that fedx just left them on the doorstep, as they were a day later than scheduled, which wasn't buypaintsonline fault. Would highly recommend and would definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered paint that was temporarily out of stock. So i asked if i could choose a similar colour that was in stock. They agreed and the paint called Golden Cream arrived 2 days later. Staff were curteous and helpful.

Bought some paint for £80 which was £110 in crown, paint was as described and arrived within the delivery window, no issues

Rang recently as wasn't sure about what I needed, the person on the phone was very helpful. They couldn't help enough and also helped me through every stage of ordering as I had never ordered with them before. The paint turned out great and I'm very happy with everything. The service was excellent and I will definitely be using use again.

Horrendous company to deal with, DO NOT order from these people, from the start absolutely unhelpful, I called 5 minutes after placing the order and was told I could not change the order because it was already mixed, Really? 5 minutes later?, so I had to pay for another order over the phone, to top up the previous order, paid for next day delivery, ONE week later nothing, no refund offered for courier cost unless I write an email, why don't take the complaint there while I am talking to them?
I will definitely wont be ordering from this company again.
Updated review regarding the company answer, of course you don't have an email, I am complaining about why my complaint couldn't be taking care there and then, I called your company 3 times in total, all this calls for just one order, Congratulations about preparing an order within minutes of me clicking to proceed with the sale online, its incredible... I am not slating your company, I am describing my experience, or could you please explain to me why an order placed on the 8th of June has not been received? and looking at the several other reviews complaining about the same issue I would call my complaint hardly a one off.

When the paint arrived I opened the sealed bag that the paint comes in and there was red paint all over my hands the tin was damaged by the lid so the paint was leaking out. I reported this by email but received no response this was done on the day the paint arrived.So I then went onto the buypaintsonline website and filled in the form name address and information about the leaking paint NO RESPONSE if anyone from the company is interested in any way my order number was #136842 in my first email there was an attatchment with pictures of the damaged tin The original email was not received by the company for some reason although the address was correct. Buypaintsonline did then make contact after this post and replaced the paint immediatly.It seems that Fed X damaged the package and repacked the paint that was leaking.

Richard and Jimmy were fantastic in dealing with my order, there were courier issues, but these guys sorted it expediently and I am 100% satisfied. I got my product and the price is very competitive in an age of rising costs.
I will use their services again.

Can’t praise this company enough, I don’t normally do reviews but was so impressed. I decorated some rooms in the house last year with Crown period emulsion paint. Living in an old house, certain repairs need doing yearly and I was gutted to discover that Crown have stopped making this paint just a few months after me decorating. I was worried I would have to totally redecorate but Searched on line and found the shade and make I needed on buypaintsonline. It came very quickly and it was a perfect match so I didn’t even need to paint a whole wall but could get away with just painting over the patches. Very competitive pricing too. They saved me a lot of work. Thank you.

Easy to order and paint a good quality however I was guaranteed 2 working days delivery, it took 4 with no offer of refund on postage. Disappointed.

The paint was ordered on 07th Jan with delivery charge of £5 for 2 business days delivery. Today is 19th Jan but still waiting for the delivery! Have to follow for the update but no satisfactory answers provided
