Excellent products, pricing and service. I ordered 2 different colours of which 1 they did not have the base in stock but offered me great options to go with a different base, wait for the stock to come on or receive a refund. Richard was excellent in providing me with information and my options of which the order was completed and delivered quickly. Very happy with their service and will recommend and use them again.

Ordered paint. It arrived and the packaging had split paint on it. The tin had been dented during transit spilling some of the paint on to the packaging. I sent photos (2 days after receipt) but was curtly informed that as it was 24 hours after delivery that nothing could be done about it. Apparently this point is in their "terms and conditions" on the website. Pretty poor customer service. Won't be purchasing from there again.

These guys are fantastic, not only did they match my exact colour, when courier issues came up they dispatched my order again so I would not be delayed. Big shoutout to Aislinn there for sorting this all out so neatly !

Supposed to be 48 hr delivery but took 96hrs.
Packaging is a joke, a flimsy cardboard sleeve…needless to say the tin was dented causing a leak and meaning difficult to open/ close tin. Paint good and the correct colour (Dulux), but I won’t use the company again and couldn’t recommend them. Their reply does nothing to encourage me to use them again. Don’t apologise for rubbish packaging and damage to tin.
I gave 2 stars because Dulux paint is good but the service from Buypaintonline was poor, late and damaged

First time I have ordered from buypaintsonline.co.uk and very pleased with service. Ordered a discontinued Crown Paints colour. Unfortunately I provided the wrong colour name - both shades of green and very similar names. Phoned and my mistake was rectified by Aislinn who was very understanding and helpful. Order dispatched same day and arrived 2 days later. Packaged safely, difficult to do for paint. Will definitely be ordering from this reliable company again. Thanks.

I used to nbuy crown cupboard makeover paint in Jersey Cream which I haven't been able to source for long long time. They other night I googled and this company showed up showing my colour. It's crown paint and Jersey Cream. It came this morning fabulous size of tin for the price and abs perfect I'm utterly over the moon and that'll I'll have some spare but when I eventually run out I'll purchase from them again. My mum also used this older crown paint and I've told her about it too it came within a couple of days brilliant service allround. (HAPPY)

Ordered three tins of specialist paint which arrived really quickly, however one was faulty through no fault of this company. After speaking with an extremely helpful and knowledgeable employee Aislinn a replacement tin was despatched promptly to me and they even checked it before sending it. Superb service would definitely recommend this company.

Very rarely leave reviews but was very disappointed in my experience. I ordered 3 cans of paint and only 2 were delivered. I emailed company explaining that my painter would need the paint in a few days time. My email was acknowledged but I received no update for several days. I chased this and was told that there was nothing they could do as they had to wait for FedEx checks which take 3 days (by which time my painter would be finished). Not very agile and left me without paint. I was eventually offered a delivery for after my painter had left and then given a refund. Felt this could’ve been dealt with much more quickly - I ordered a product and didn’t receive part of it, surely your priority should be to solve the customers problem who has paid for goods whilst dealing with FedEx yourselves in the background. Totally appreciate that mistakes happen with deliveries but this could’ve been resolved better.

Excellent service, ordered Crown Trade Period colours, well priced good quality paint with great colour match. Delivery in 48 hours, would recommend buypaintsonline to anyone.

Do not trust any of their colour representations as they are works of pure fiction and level of customer service is sub standard. I would not “buy paint online” from them again as their website is misleading.

Purchased two tins of Crown “Lemon Squash” based on their website showing a RAL 1018 zinc yellow like colour. Instead they sent tins of what can best be described as warm beige.

After a very prolonged exchange with their customer service representative they refused to accept any fault for their website colour representations and told me I should only go by the physical swatches. Even with images showing the website/tin I received/ Crown catalogue they refused to accept any responsibility. It was like reliving the “dead parrot sketch” from Monty Python, but for paint! 😂

I contacted this company to purchase varnish for our Community Hall dance floor on the Western Isles. Getting things delivered to the Islands is a challenge in itself, but it was no problem for Buypaintsonline. Very easy to order and the customer service was second to none. We even got free delivery because it was for a Community project. Every time I do a jig on our newly varnished dance floor (when we're allowed) I will be reminded of how generous this company was. It must be a Gaelic thing!!! Thank you.

I found them very helpful. They were extremely patient with me when I sent them several emails, and I ended up with exactly the paint I wanted which was identical to some I bought over a year ago from a Crown retailer. Prices were lower than the retailer and the paint arrived within 48hrs. Happy with the transaction and will use again.

Bought some Crown Botanical Noir paint from this site. The paint was expensive which is fine but it was not good value for money. I barely had enough to do 2 coats in a small bathroom. Theres always some patchy bits here and there that need a little more but i had none left so i reached out via email to the supplier to raise the issue and asked them if they would mind sending me a tester pot just to finish these little areas. The response was that tester pots are £4 plus £5 postage. Right. Nice one. Thanks alot. What a naff company selling naff paint. Wish i had read the reviews. Look at the way they’re responding to people on here! I would never have ordered in the first place.
Just to reply to another of your passive aggressive responses to a bad review: how could i have known the paint wouldn’t cover the room enough to have stopped using it for you to investigate??? I have absolutely no doubt that even if i had you would have nothing about it and just said, as you have there, that the product is not your responsibility. My issue was that you failed to address a complaint made by a cutomer, as is evidently your policy.
Little update: got in touch with Crown directly who are sending me a tester pot 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Based upon some of the Trustpilot reviews I almost went elsewhere, but I'm so pleased I didn't.

What an absolute pleasure to deal with, the website is great for colour searches, but I had a query on one colour where Crown to have used the same name twice. This was resolved by email, and staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Delivery was painless, well packaged paint, and easy to spot whether the courier (FedEx in my case) had caused any damage.

The Crown paint I bought was £13 per 5L tin cheaper than a local supplier, so will definitely be returning.
