Bought loads of paints online. They were delivered as promised on time. When I emailed a query about paint code, it was answered promptly. Delighted with the quality of excellent services. I would strongly recommend buying again from buypaintsonline.

My 88 year old mother ordered green and cream paint for her new shed referring to the online colour charts on their website. A mid shade of green and a cream as she likes a traditional look. Due to the Corona virus, we did not want to travel to the Crown Decorating Centre in Leicester and would have accepted a slight difference in tone or shade. However, we received a pale grey paint, which is shade RAL 7038. This is shown as green on their website. We used 1 can of 2.5 litres as a base coat and asked for a refund for the second can. This has been refused and we have been told that we are at fault for not referring to a paper colour chart. The shade my mother chose was light green. I would not order online from this company again as their customer service is poor and they cannot show colours correctly.
It is well worth visiting a shop where they can show you all the proper colour charts and sample boards. GREY IS NOT GREEN!!! IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY -
My mother chose a green from their online colour charts. We had no reason to suspect that Buy Paints Online would illustrate colours so badly. We have ordered numerous items online including paints, fabric and clothing and have never experienced such poor colour representation before. They showed a very pale grey as a mid green and I believe their website was set up with the wrong colour swatch. Their customer service is extremely poor. The customer service at the Crown decorating centre is excellent and they were cheaper! With Buy Paints Online is it obvious that their ethos is that the customer is always wrong!
We are not overly picky and if the paint had been any shade of green it would have been ok

They have changed their colour swatch for shade7038 from green to grey. It was green when my mother ordered the paint on the 10th September it is now grey. They were showing the wrong colour entirely due to a mistake on their website. BUT appararently this is our error. Swatch above is what me and my mother saw, now look at Sadolin Beautiflex shade 7038. It is now shown correctly, as a grey.

I bought some paint from this company a couple of weeks ago.
I dont normally leave reviews for companies, but my experience was very positive, so it feels like the fair thing to do.
The price was the best available, and on top of that the customer service was second to none.
I would have no reservation in recommending this company based on my purchase.

Beware - Absolutely awful company.
Ordered paint. Nothing happened for over 2 weeks - they overlooked the ordered.
Then paint arrived damaged and leaking.
Informed company with photos within 3 days.
Was told that I had to have informed them within 24 hrs. They were not interested at all.
The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 clearly states that damage has to be informed within 30 days. This was checked with Citizens Advice. CA also said they were 'not above the law' and that they should not be putting this in their T&C's.
I had intended taking them to Small Claims, but the process is different for traders in Northern Ireland (I live in UK) - it was all too inconvenient so I had no choice but to drop the matter.
I'm never buying paint from them again, and anyone else thinking of doing so, think twice, as they will not be interested if anything goes wrong.
This is particularly relevant if you live outside of NI. They probably love customers living outside NI, as they know that they don't have to do anything about putting right problems.

Ignore the negative reviews!!

After reading through reviews I was slightly apprehensive about ordering from here, I thought I’d take the risk as prices were the best online. Thank goodness I didn’t acknowledge the reviews! Not only did I save a load of money but the paints all arrived on time, without damage. Happy shopper and will most definitely order from again.

I ordered some paint and wood filler, choosing this company because it said there was a 48 hour delivery.
My order was processed 6/7 but it has not been delivered. I have contacted this company twice by messenger- And once by email enquiring when my order will be delivered- I am still waiting for a response. I am very disappointed that I don’t have the paints as expected, nor any correspondence.

Quick and helpful staff. Nothing is ever a bother and I am a tourture. Wouldn't use anyone else

I reviewed this earlier and only gave the firm a 1 star rating as having ordered paint, I had heard nothing and I was worried that this may be a scam. The paint took 10 days to arrive and after my review and a number of emails Richard Clarke got in touch and sorted out an error that had occurred at their company. The matter was sorted courteously and I will give them another go.

Quick and easy service. The outdoor gloss I ordered did the job perfectly and seems very durable. A little bit of discrepancy with the screen colour chart and and paint itself, which can be a gamble; but to be expected online. It worked out a better colour for me though.
Would have been good if customers had the option to order samples ( at a cost obviously) to confirm that the colours they wanted but that is just my feedback.

Ordered from this company as unable to source the paint we wanted locally. Excellent service and delivery within 4 days by Fedex. Product just as requested and couldn't be more satisfied with the service.

Great service. Paint was about £10.00 cheaper than from the Crown shop direct. My order arrived 3 days after ordering with FedEx. Thought this was a scam at first because there was no registered company under BuyPaintsOnline, But I contacted BuyPaintsOnline and was told that it is a registered business under George Clarke wall coverings ltd, Thanks for the fantastic service

Very disappointed with service. I ordered 3 June, paid, received email confirming order& invoice, adviced of FedEx tracking number for delivery which was to take 3days. Phone call 10 june paint unavailable did we want substitute or refund. Why take an order& process it if you don't have the paint? Why did it take so long? Stocktaking method needs upgrading if you are selling 4 tins of a paint when you dont even have one! Only thing i can say is refund was done promptly& i bought the paint i wanted elsewhere& received it 11 june. This was a basic white paint.

No delivery. No refund. No comms. Emails bouncing now. Avoid.

Excellent service, 4 days from order to delivery. The colours online were deceptive, but we were still happy with the outcome. We needed a specialist paint, which we could not source in these strange times. They had it, and plenty of choice. My only advice would be to be a little flexible with the colour, as the online representation is not completely accurate.

Don’t use this company , have sent me wrong paint and saying it’s not there fault! Will have to to wait till week till I get my paint !!

Paint is on its way back and I expect money back as it’s wrong.

Really pleased with the service, communication and price.

Excellent Company! Good Friday with 254,724 people ahead of us on the B&Q website we decided to try Buypaints online, what an excellent service they have provided. We ordered Good Friday lunchtime, had an email Easter Sunday night to say the order had been dispatched and it was delivered by FedEx at 10.30am today.
All of the paint ordered arrived well packaged and in top condition. Despite the current crisis this company have provided excellent customer service at prices which have not been hiked up, and comparable to other big name retailers.
Retail heroes! Buypaints online, it does what it says on the tin!

I painted a shed with Cuprinol 7 years ago they say it lasts 8 but it did last 😀 the problem was most shops shut and needed the same colour surprised this company had it and didn’t see it listed anywhere So great service.
