Item arrived promptly and well-wrqpped. I have to say that the postage exceeded the cost of the product, and the very same item even from Buzzard Reptile was available from Amazon post free of charge. So it would be tempting to buy it from Amazon next time, but that does not seem fair, does it?

Great service. Not a lot of places have any Dubia roaches anymore or if they do it’s only massive ones. This place has 3 sizes and offer delivery! Great service if you have reptiles.

I was let down by another company on an order that was needed for a build over the weekend and found buzzard had what I needed, I asked if it was possible for a next day delivery (not expecting it) but they went out there way to make it happen so I had the items I needed over the weekend.

Definitely earned a returning customer here.

The communication for updates regarding the delivery were always made and the care taken to pack all of my plants, as always, was top notch. Even down to letting me know they weren't happy with the quality of plants so would be a delay whilst they wait for fresh plants to arrive.

I would highly recommend Buzzard Reptiles. I recently purchased a heater for my boa and some other little decor pieces. Unfortunately one of the items I ordered was out of stock but Buzzard Reptiles immediately phoned me to let me know and refunded my item. They even sent a replacement that was almost identical free of charge and my order arrived the next day.

Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I'm quite new to having and knowing what I need and should do to care for a Bearded Dragon. I googled a lot and got all sorts of advice, opinions, best practices.........should have just rang these guys!

I'm not local to them, far from it.....they know there stuff, no hard sell, just happy to help and advise!
