We expected something special in the Norwich store. At best mediocre. Total waist of money, McDonald's or KFC would have been preferable. Very expensive with little to no reward.

My friends and I went to the Old Brompton Road Byron a while back and were greeted with amazing service from Ishwa. This lovely lady honestly went above and beyond for us, she was super fast and efficient but still made us feel super comfortable and cared for with her attentiveness and little jokes. Couldn't recommend this Byron enough, especially if you are getting served by Ishwa, such a wonderful asset to the establishment.

We had a 17th Birthday meal for our Daughter on Boxing day.

To our dispeleif you had to pay extra for your chips that would have normally been in the cost of the burger meal.

The soft drinks (coke...£4 each) were not on draught and were served in the cans unopened and not poured in the provided glasses.

Then to add insult a 10% service charge was automatically added to our bill, even when the service was to say the least poor.

I placed an order with Byron in Milton Keynes which was to be delivered through deliveroo, when the order arrived there were only chips in the bag out of the 4 meal delas that was ordered. The driver said the rest of the food would be delivered later as it was a large order, 4 meal deals is not a large order. I tried calling numerous times on these numbers 01908 604616 but no answer and a wrong number is listed too which is 01908 242555. There was absolutely no service here to even rate absolutely disgraceful

Ordered through deliveroo . After an hour we tried to call to see where the order was as it said 20-30 mins , couldn’t get through and left a message . No call back!
Eventually the order came well over an hour late and not hot.

The next day I called the branch and told our Oder had been stollen , after they realised they sent another, due to them being out of pocket there was nothing they could do and advised to talk to deliveroo who just gave us a £5.50 credit and refused a refund .

I’d like to point out that this order was £50 for 3 burgers and 1 milkshake. Very disappointed

Eddie at Central St Giles was an absolute wonder, so kind and attentive.

The food was also excellent!

Went there yesterday, staff very nice , burger ok but £2.50 for a tiny pot of ketchup(they don't make you aware of this) £3.25 for a can of Coke and chips do not come with the burger, £4 for a thimble of mac and cheese. won't be going again

Went to Byron with my sister and friend yesterday, our lovely waitress was very accommodating with our dietary needs (Halal) and reassured us everything was cooked separately. The food itself wasn’t the best I’ll be honest although I did like the cheesy fries and the sriracha wings but the chicken burgers and strips weren’t good.

Been to Byron twice now on the 13th and 20th August 2022. First visit, seated quickly food took a bit of time but it was enjoyable and paid the bill and left. Second visit with a Wowcher voucher, seated quickly. After a while I stopped a manager walking by to order the deal, after some searching on the phone we could show what the deal was and ordered. After finishing, we waited and eventually I stopped another manager to order our dessert. Once finished I stopped another member of staff to get the bill. When it came back the bill was over £11 which made me look at the bill as we had ordered two cokes and found they had stuck the 10% service charge on, if it wasn't for us having to be at a show I'd have questioned the service.
Going into a restaurant where you have to tell them their own deals and stop staff to order and get bills kinda lacks the service they charge you for and without telling you its just put on the receipt.

Westfield London Byron. We had a chicken burger and beef burger with fries and mac n cheese. Served by Laura really fast, she was very welcoming and warm. Good consideration about needs and proactive in making sure. Great friendly check-backs from another guy, didn’t get his name (he was everywhere with a big smile). Food was good and service was fast. I’d go back, it does exactly what you’d expect, and does it well.

Great food, loved the chips.

If using a Wowcher beware there will be hassle with it and you’ll be charged for service. All in with 2 soft drinks total was over £42. Even with pre paid deal they tried to charge £41 on top of the £31 already paid for wowcher deal.

After a night at the theatre, the evening going great..... you hope you can find a restaurant to keep things positive.

Oxford has quite a few bad ones. But not Byron Oxford.
A succulent C-Rex burger, mint Sundae and a waitress that nothing was too much trouble. Zara you are fantastic, service was spot on!!! Couldn't find any fault with the meal & service!

Heart broken, changed their menus and taken some of their best dishes off!! Why take the Byron buffalo wings, so many people came just for those - will not be going back for a long time, without those and their pricing, not worth it.

Family of 4 decide to venture out to Byron in the LDO on an event day (Harry Styles in Wembley Stadium). There was a queue to get in but it moved quickly. We were seated and orders taken in under 5 mins. Despite there being a severe floor staff shortage, our server (Grace) was very attentive and all our little requests were dealt with in a genuine upbeat manner. We had an issue with 2 of our meals and Grace apologized profusely and offered to replace them. We enjoyed our meals and managed to get in a little laugh with our server. For an extremely busy service, the meals and service were good - I guess it can only be fantastic when less busy :-)

Having lunch with my parents in Byron Holborn for Father’s Day, the service was lovely I want to thank them for looking after my dad with his allergy issues. I didn’t get the name of the waitress but I just want to thank her for the lovely service.The food was so enjoyable and we gad a great time!

Shockingly overpriced! My partner and I ate there for the first, and last, time, in Manchester. Two burgers, two fries, salad (mainly lettuce) and two milkshakes...over £52!!! How is that possible? I admit that the milkshakes were good but, tbh, I would prefer a McDonald's burger and fries.

Unfortunately I and my family had a poor experience in a Byron Hamburger restaurant on 14 May. The food for and drinks for four people was of poor quality but at a cost of nearly £80.00 not including a service charge. I and my family were very disappointed with the standard of cooking and the lack of taste in the hamburgers and chicken and chips. I do not see how, even in current circumstances, that those who own and manage this restaurant can justify such exorbitant prices and yet not provide a tasty meal.
