Moving is always stressful and we had the added impact of Covid hitting so had to juggle dates. Cadogan Tate worked miracles to get us moved on time and consolidated a 2 day move into 1 day with their expert crew ! Leticia was so calm and helpful everytime I called her with a crisis. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you :)

What excellent service from Cadogan Tate. I approached a number of companies, and they were the only one to actually visit my property rather than using a video app, and so had a far clearer understanding of my requirements. The move arranged by Leticia Salgueiro was pain free, and the whole team were friendly, courteous, efficient and hard working. Nothing broken, and all my belongings were treated well.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I paid for my shipment to Singapore in February and was assured in writing I wouldn’t be charged storage after that point. However, they continued to charge me storage the following month, accepted that was a mistake and then lied about processing refunds that never materialised (all of which I have documentary evidence of) and now at the end of April they still haven’t even shipped my goods (and are now trying to claim it’s my fault even though I was assured they needed no further documentation from me). I still have not received the refunds despite being promised them in writing on numerous occasions and they have arbitrarily decided they won’t process them until after shipping (who knows when that will be) and no mention of interest on my money they’ve been keeping. They have been rude throughout and haven’t even apologised for any of the many errors. I have never ever done a review of any service provider before but these guys were so awful, I feel obliged to so other people don’t go through what I have. Do not use these people to ship anything. Use someone else.

Great team to work with at Cadogan Tate. Leticia our move manager was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Chris, Kieran and David did a great job unpacking. I would recommend working with Cadogan Tate anytime.

I never write these kinds of reviews, but the care, patience, good will and general excellence of Kerry McGahey has prompted me to write today. My mother passed away and the process of shipping her furniture to me in the US was difficult and a little disorganized. Kerry worked with me through it all - and always with so much kindness and understanding. I am so grateful for all her help. Thank you!

I’m so pleased I chose Cadogan Tate for their move and storage services. The removal crew were brilliant - very punctual and efficient, carefully wrapping and loading all my home into the storage containers. I think they must be masters at Tetris! Prior to my move, the estimator and move manager were great - very responsive and organised. I’d definitely recommend using Cadogan Tate.

Brilliant efficient crews but the back office attitude and arrogance is something else… will never use them again, just not worth the big premium they charge.

We recently had our goods -fragile glass- moved and we have worked with MANY delivery companies - Cadogan Tate was by far the most professional. I felt like I was in great hands from the start. As experts in what they do, they went above and beyond my expectations. I'd highly recommend them anyone with high end moving needs!

Moved my entire household from London to Monaco in September 2021 and Cadogan Tate were fantastic. I was incredibly nervous about my furniture and art being packed and transported, which led me to research obsessively for a company I could trust. It was my first time using Cadogan Tate but I believed I was making the right call after the initial correspondence. They heard out my concerns and reassured me of their standards in terms of handling and care and also suggested I order crates for the artworks which they could make up (I felt they received such a request often!)
There was one hiccup along the way, one of the crates were too small for the artwork on the move day but they made a plan and it arrived in one piece.
All in all, it was a seamless process. The wonderful team of guys took instruction well, packed everything in 1 day and our shipment arrived 2 days later.
Very happy and will absolutely use them in future!

Very helpful from start to finish and let us add a couple of items afterwards and arranged picking them up which was great. Kerry was always quick to reply, very friendly and efficient.

I truly hope this review helps others not to experience the deep contempt, lack of care and disinterest shown by this company despite the excellent social skills of the initial surveyor providing a quote and their persuasive marketing of being "art movers" for museums. There may be one type of service for the museums and another for residential.

Despite the enormous price tag of £8000 paid for moving, many beautiful and beloved antique objects and art works handed down through my family failed to arrive, many broken. The comments made by some of the crew were highly disrespectful and unkind and there was sufficient ill-will, inexperience and ignorance to cause intentional damage.

Please avoid the unnecessary costs, distress and difficulties that will ensue from using this company. They are very persuasive initially but it is superficial.

Though you may be lucky enough to be assigned a couple of experienced and kind handlers, it will not be sufficient to deliver a service that other movers routinely deliver for a quarter of the price. It is very clear from my experience that their interest lies only in money.

My lovely things have been transformed into junk and even a year later as the possibility of moving into a new home looms, I will be unable to bring those things with me that furnish a house with the feeling of familiarity as they are irreparable.

Nineteen months later, the insurance company has still not settled the claim and the loss insurers dragged their heels so that the objects broken by them had to be moved by another company (Ants) who not only were kind, respectful and reasonable but did not break anything at all during the next move.

Cadogan will be Storing our furniture for delivery to Spain in 2123.. the packing of our belongings was expertly wrapped with care and efficiency. The men were all polite and courteous …. Cannot fault them so far…. Happily recommend based on our excellent experience so far.

Very nervous about my move, especially when at the last minute I needed storage. I did not have to worry the office staff put everything in place very quickly, my home was removed to store without a hitch and I am now settled in my new home. Crew were very helpful throughout. I was very pleased I used them

Had a really bad experience with this company and I am afraid I would not recommend using their services. The office team didn't really seem to care about any of my concerns and simply seemed to focus their decision making on finances rather than what is right for a customer.

An awful experience from start to finish. The coordination team is just hopeless; they forgot to suspend parking bays in the first instance. Ridiculously expensive with hidden charges. The admin team is also unresponsive and took months to get a refund for storage charges. I have attempted to contact Head of Client Services who has refused to call me (I have left three message) back and has not responded to my emails either (I have sent four chaser emails). It has been over 3 weeks. Don't use this company.

Used Cadogan Tate as recommend by my decorator for logistics and deliveries. They were good as far as the move but forgot items many times causing them to make extra trips and charge extra money. Also their pricing is not transparent and they are huge rip off. Sent bills for tens of thousand of dollars after everything completed without telling pricing up front and getting approvals. I then negotiated a final payment with them and then after they continue to send me additional bills for thousands of dollars. I do not recommend you ever use them. They are very shady with their billing practices.
