As a first time user of TCS-CAD I was pleasantly surprised when I rang to check avaialbility. No telephone menu numbers to choose from, no background music and recorded while you wait messages, I just got strainght through to a human being. Questions answerred I placed my order and it arrived far quicker than I thought it would. No problems no missing parts and no hassle - wonderful.

They phoned to inform me that they were out of stock of one of the items that I had purchase online within an hour of purchase.

All the other items were delivered as promised the next day.

The other item arrived on the date they had stated, no extra postage was charged.

Very happy with knowledgeable help and that they weren't trying to get me to spend the most amount of money possible.

we ordered plotter paper which arrived ok.The packaging was badly damaged but the paper seems ok.

Ordered a Canon ipf6300 from TCS-Cad and was very impressed with the service. Requested call back to give card details over the phone and was called back within 2 minutes of sending the order email. From start to finish the ordering took less than 5 minutes. Was also called to advise of a delay due to a problem with the delivery courier. The price also was very competitive. As for the printer, I am very impressed with it and the quality of the packaging. The print quality is Great!!

Have used TCS-CAD for a while now as they are so reliable, extremely competitive, provide an easy to use website, ordering service is simple, goods arrive within the stated time and their price appears to be unbeatable!!!

Purchased an HP plotter at a great price with great service; what more do you need.

We had been looking for a large format printer for a while and had multiple problems with other companies placing the order and availability. I then came across TCS-CAD, I called them and they had the exact model i wanted in stock and was informed that if i ordered before 2pm i would receive it the next day. They also informed me of a cheaper alternative to the paper roll I had ordered which saved me over 50%.
The next day as promised the printer and paper arrived.
I wish there was more companies around with the same excellent service and attitude.

I've been a customer for the last 5 years and have never once found a reason to leave and buy elsewhere - great value and outstanding customer service mean I stay loyal and receive the best prices with an assurance I can rely on them - this means a lot to my business!

I've been a customer of TCS-CAD for a few years, and have never been let down in any way. Their reliable next-working-day delivery and helpful staff mean I put them at the top of my list for printers and printing consumables.

Have made 2 purchases with TCS and they will be the last! Like all of us I am attracted to low prices, but when everything you order goes wrong its not worth the effort.

Unfortunately, TCS provides options in their automatic checkout that are not compatible with their own policy. In my case, trying to make a low value purchase I was able to go all the way trough the payment using a credit card number. Shipping and handling fees included.
Days latter, I receive an email stating that orders would not be shipped to my country even if it was listed in the site and accepted by their checkout software.
End result? They now have my CC number and refuse to send the order to me unless I provide for shipment...
For this reason, and because I don't feel comfortable with this situation, I have now cancelled my CC.
This was a first to me. Never happened before.
My advice to you? Check first with them if you are making orders from abroad.
Their answers to my questions where very polite but in the end, I don't have my order neither my credit card and I will be spending time and money to have it replaced.

I paid for goods yesterday and it arrived today, brilliant. CadServices are a reliable partner, each time i sent them an email, i get a quick, on the spot positive response. When i make a phone call to them my experience is always heart warming, they are always there to help. Will I do business with this company again? Most definitely.

Being charged £9.00 plus Vat for shipping which ended up as an email instruction to download uprade, seems like sharp practice.

But...
I found the products for my first two separate purchases by searching on the web, neither company I chose appeared to be TCS-CAD. In these days of spear phishing, SQL injection and cross-site scripting, it is a bit nerve-wracking worrying about that stuff when you are after printer products. Who needs to be running tcpdump to buy an ink tank? It all turned out beautifully, but it would be nice to know before handing out your card details to yet another potential scammer who was going to be invoicing you.
OK, call me paranoid!

I had no problem placing my order with CAD Services and my plotter arrived when promised. I would use them again.
