The nice thing about this company is once you start trading with them they keep a history of what you have bought from them and the information is kept in one place; so if you can't remember the full description or code for the product it is really easy to find on the previously bought items, no trawling though copies of each delivery - just one list. They email you continually advising how your order is progressing and then when goods have been dispatched they email you the invoice therefore keeping paper to a minimum which is so important today.
If I had to say there is a downer and it is probably me I can't see where to delete our old address and although I have emailed and posted change of address; in the order form everythime I have to do change of address and change of invoice! AHHH -otherwise all the steps are really easy to follow when placing an order and the carriage charge is not excessive - shame its not carriage paid but hey ho

It's a good site that's easy to navigate to buy the items I require to keep my plotter going.

Cant fault them, I bought a large format plotter at the best price I could find on the market - after an extensive internet search - and it came well within the anticipated delivery date. Everything exactly as described, and after sales service very efficient. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and very competitive pricing
I only came upon TCS by chance when my previous suppier stopped supply of my favorite paper. TCS came out by far the cheapest when I did a google price comparison. I was a little worried that they wouldnt have regular stock of my Fine Art papers, but this has proved to be groundless. Great service and great prices. I am now a regular customer.
