I have a Cambridge audio system so when It came to ear bud’s I knew they be good. And they are! The quality of sound is incredible and the quality of the buds and case are in my opinion, the best ear buds on the market.

My Melomania A100 earbuds were not…
My Melomania A100 earbuds were not charging and with advice and guidance, still no success. However, exchanged within days, no problem. Very helpful and understanding service. All sorted within 2 weeks. Cannot praise highly enough.

Cambridge L/R S speakers are very impressive
Cambridge L/R S speakers are really great little speakers for the money. I have them on a wooden desk three feet or so away from my ears. The stereo sound has amazing depth and good separation of sound between the L and R speakers. The high frequencies are particularly clear and the base is better than I expected for small speakers.

Service is good, however the delivery service ran into problems which delayed delivery by a week (hopefully), where other delivery companies running into the same issue were able to re-deliver one day later...

Great service, superb product
I heard about the company and its products through a product comparison and bought the in ear headphones directly at the company's web shop.
Purchase and delivery were easy, quick and without anything to complain about.
The headphones themselves are outstanding and they deserve their ranking in the comparison. Great sound, valid for all frequency levels; the app lean but including everything necessary.
Summary: awesome earphones for a very reasonable price with a great customer experience so far.
Every reason to recommend it to others interested.

Nice to get spare parts
Appreciate the availability of spare parts, reasonable pricing, and fast shipping.
However the given tracking number was a few digits off so I got surprised by the parcel's arrival :-)

Great comfort and fit.
Brought the M100 in ear headphones and they are great, sound is very good, they fit really well and stay in the ear.
The review is only 4 star not 5 because the microphone for calls is utter rubbish and unusable. Every call either on the phone or computer people complain about echo / noise / sounds like I am distant. So 30% of their intended use doesn't happen

Ordered from official eBay store,pair of speakers.
I've used this company many times directly.
Speakers are meant to be tested. One was blatantly faulty we have equipment to test it ,many years experience. Contacted them on eBay-got told for a replacement ,have to go to the official website which is against eBay guidelines they say keep it within eBay to me directly today.
Edit. Sorted it out quickly, got item replaced quickly but I still think the experience has to be noted.

All of our products are thoroughly tested before they are listed for sale and again before shipment. Unfortunately, while rare, faults can occasionally develop at any stage, including during transit, and this may well have been what occurred in your instance.
We are, of course, always very happy to quickly replace any faulty item. However, because this purchase was made via eBay, the process for arranging a replacement is unfortunately more complicated than it would be through our direct support channels. eBay’s own returns platform is primarily designed around refunds rather than exchanges or replacements, and its messaging system places strict limitations on sharing direct contact details, shipping information, attachments, or prepaid return labels.
For replacement cases, we provide customers with a free prepaid return label directly from ourselves so that faulty items can be exchanged as quickly and smoothly as possible. However, to arrange this, we do need customers to contact us via our website, as eBay prevents us from sending the required labels, links, or collecting the necessary return details through their internal messaging platform.
We completely appreciate that this process may have seemed confusing or frustrating, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused you.
