First Class service - placed my order at 7.10pm for a lens.... the price was fair and it was described as being near mint. It arrived before 10.30am the next day - incredible.... and it was EXACTLY as described. What was even more amazing is we live a little out in the sticks and couriers often take an extra day or two. Completely blown away by amazing service.

Excellent company to do business with - the lens arrived on the Monday even though I had not ordered until mid-afternoon on the Saturday before, it was well packed and worked perfectly. They were correct, it was in mint condition. I've used them before and will use them again!

5 stars for almost everything. (Usually) excellent items, well graded, prompt delivery, no argument if you need to return it. So why 4 stars? I NEVER get an email confirming my order and always have to take a photo of the screen so that I have some evidence of what I've bought. Please, please get this problem fixed!

A rare and desirable lens priced well at under £700 and labelled "Mint" made me optimistic after my previous purchase from you. I expected the lens case - standard issue, and the paperwork that normally comes with "Mint" the original box would be a bonus.... No, not to be, this premium lens shows up in plastic bag covering a recycled kids shoebox that is too small for the lens which is in another plastic bag and not protected by padding but suffer one side so it doesn't rattle!
My confidence diminished and hopes resting on the toughness of a Canon L series lens I console myself with the idea that there is a warranty if needed.

Far from a premium experience this time

I found what I needed, ordered it and paid a very reasonable price. My Lens arrived very quickly, very well packed and in excellent condition and is in full use. I have bought a few lenses from Camera Jungle and have never been disappointed. Thank you Camera Jungle, I am sure I will be back.

As usual, when the Camera Jungle rates a used product as in “Excellent” condition, it really is! In fact I’ve bought so called “mint” condition cameras or lenses from competitors which are in no better condition than this lens! Excellent purchase. What a great deal! Thoroughly happy with my new little used Fuji XF18mm f/2 lens. The perfect little companion to my Fuji XT20. So light and compact!

Bought a used lens. Ordered ca. 3 pm one day, and it was delivered (by DHL) by midday the next! Well packaged and exactly as described. Great value.

Nothing to fault

Dont bother returning a faulty lens takes ages to get money back . They wont cooperate with paypal and will wait till last day of the case before doing anything ! Avoid at all cost and save yourselt some time ! Been without the lens for 3 weeks and have no money back yet !!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

UPDATE: Shortly after use my mint condition camera developed a manufactuer fault. Within the space of a week, Camera Jungle had a replacement out to me, and were keeping me updated every step of the way without even needing to ask. The best photography customer service I've ever had.

I've heard good things about them but contacted them recently to enquire about the shutter count on a camera and they told me they couldn't retrieve it. Given that I could do that in 3 minutes if I had the camera I found it a bizarre response.

The used camera i bought was described as being in mint condition. I believe this was a fair and accurate description and the price was the lowest i could find online once the 10% discount was applied. Very happy with my purchase and will always check the camera jungle website when looking for new gear. The camera arrived well packaged and was tracked from its dispatch

Very poor trade ins, simple exploitation. They never answer emails. I will avoid in future. Told me they were returning my camera with very vague explanation as to why.My enquiry unanswered. They want your kit for the cheapest possible price.
