Poor communication and slow shipping
When you order an item from Camera Sky they clearly state 2-5 shipping days, what they fail to mention is the 3-7 processing days before that! Poor shipping times and communication.
I tried ringing them and the line kept cutting me off and was never able to reach them the five times I rang.
I then reached out and e-mail Camera Sky and was told about the processing but was not told they would ensure my item was shipped immediately or anything.

Unprompted review
I took a risk and it paid off
I had read a lot of other bad reviews so I was a little hesitant. But I stood to save about 10% when compared to the next cheapest store.
I purchased binoculars and my logic was that they probably weren't as likely to mistakenly send me the wrong item for something this simple.
I also prepared myself for shipping to take a lot longer than expected (due to other's bad reviews)
But all up I got the correct item and in good condition for the stated price (actually a bit less after factoring in the 'like and share' discount and using direct deposit).
The item arrived undamaged and within 6 working days (including the direct deposit 1 day delay) which was surprising given the stated 5-12day expected delivery time.
I feel sorry for everyone who has had bad experiences, but I must give credit where it is due and give camerasky 5stars.
