I needed two small items for my folding camper. They both required some searching around. One was quite straightforward, one required some searching in the workshop. Both required a sound knowledge of the folding camper. Brad, the young man who dealt with me, had both the knowledge and excellent customer care skills to assist me. Many thanks.

While away on holiday one of our Isabella air awning tubes failed for the second time,first time nothing to do with Camping International.
The CAMC site managers at the Daleacre site where were staying recommended CI.
Popped in with the intention of buying something to see us through our holiday.
While discussing awnings I happened to mention to the salesman what our problem was,sorry did not get his name,who promptly rang Isabella who agreed to replace the failed part under warranty and have it delivered to our site the next day,this happened and we are now back to normal.
Cannot say enough thanks to both CI and Isabella,exceptional customer service.
I now intend to buy a air sun canopy from CI.

First item had some damage in delivery
Needed the item for a weekend break
They despched a replacement next day
Can not recommend the service enough

Let's start at the beginning I lost my keys for my pennine pathfinder I contacted pennine out door leasure they was not helpful could not speak to a human being,so I contacted camping International I spoke to Terry he was so helpful and sorted my problem so easily which no one else could 10 out of 10 Terry excellent.

Purchased a tent online on Sunday, after weeks of research it was the best price I'd found. Tracked delivery with DHL. Tent pitched in my garden by Tuesday evening. Can't comment on customer service as haven't needed it 👍

Placed an order for a Bruner Levin Camping table that arrived quickly, but it had a manufacturing fault. I phoned the number on their website and they answer promptly and dealt with the issue swiftly arranging re-delivery and collection at my convenience. I have used once and cannot fault the service.

Don't know how they get good reviews.
First mail order I made with them took my money week went by no delivery. Called them countless times no answering left a couple messages and finally got a message back from them saying there had been a back order delay and they will send straight away.
Second order they said they would look into it told them it was very important and needed to be done quickly.
Nothing called them back they said they was waiting for a email.
3 days later still nothing.
If it is important to you do not use this incompetent company.

Very disappointing. Today I went into Camping International to exchange an empty 15kg gas bottle for a full one. I really struggled to get the bottle from my car into the store despite parking outside the post office on the main London Road. As I struggled into the store an assistant, strapping young lad, could see what I'd come for and began to get me a full gas bottle down off the shelf. He also produced a trolley. Given that he'd seen me struggle with the empty bottle coming in, I was impressed with his prompt action and his thoughtfulness in bringing a trolley to carry it out, as it was now even heavier given that out was full. I paid and turned to the staff on duty and asked if one of them would kindly help me get it into my car boot. "No sorry, our insurance doesn't cover us for that" came the response.
Now I'd already seen this guy lift it off the shelf and man handle it onto the trolley but he wasn't able to help me with it into the car. I explained that there is no way on earth I'll be able to get it into my car on my own. I mean they help you at B&Q with compost sacks so I suppose I just assumed they help customers here.
The store assistant offered me a refund. To which I replied that I'd roll it out to the car in the hope that a passer by might help me. Thankfully, a good samaritan did help me. I returned the trolley to the store and told them how disappointed I was they were unable to help.
They told me the reason was because a customer claimed that they had dented their car putting a gas bottle in and had threatened to sue them. 🤷‍♀️ Now, the owner has stopped all help with loading. So, just be aware, take muscle with you if going for heavy goods as you'll get no help from the store assistants.

Brilliant service. Terry who sold us our folding camper is a real star, nothing is too much trouble. He explained everything and ensured that we knew all we needed to know. Allowed us plenty of time to look and ask questions, and he knew all the answers!
He even made us a brew on both occasions, when we went to look and when we went to pick the unit up.
The shop itself is well stocked and the prices competitive. Wish it wasn’t so far away from us or we would be regular visitors!

What an good place and premises. Would have gotten 5 stars if staff were a bit more professional. Great products. Well thought out. Would definitely recommend.

So impressed with Camping International and Terry in particular. We have bought folding campers from Terry since 1994 and always a positive experience but this time was exceptional. With only 2 weeks to go before leaving on a two month trip to Germany our camper was written off. Terry pulled out all the stops to get us a new Pennine Pathfinder in time and was so helpful and reassuring at a difficult time for us. So friendly and knowledgeable. Very grateful Terry. Thanks.

Changed my review as the seller as just got back to me hopefully we can come to some resolution and find out why my awning would have teared like it in the 1st instance around 6” long
well apperantly they couldnt help because of the nice weather we had in the summer thats what destroyed my Awning to much sunshine as l left up for 3 wks solid

well sent photos but they are adament i will not get refunded i only had the awning just over 2mths

I purchased two Outwell collapsible bedside cabinets for our bell tent. They were a great price and were delivered in very quick time.

I am extremely happy with the service and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends. I will be buying from you again.
