Sara was amazing. I purchased a new washer and gas dryer set from CAS. Nobody hounded me or followed me around the store. I knew what I wanted and Sara helped me get it. She was patient and answered all of my questions and made the experience very pleasant. She even helped to arrange the unhooking and rehooking up of my gas dryer. They supplied all new hoses needed and NO delivery charge. Price was great! Excellent customer service! Thanks again Sara!

The displays in CAS were easy to get round and we weren’t pressured in any way while we looked. We were very pleased with the person in the store who explained the benefits of different models of dryers. The delivery arrived within three days, on time, and the two guys were polite and efficient. They checked the installation work of the washing machine carefully before leaving. We cannot speak highly enough of the team.

Best Experience Purchasing a New Fridge
I was assisted by Sara Podhorodeski while purchasing a new refrigerator, and she provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
Sara was engaging, knowledgeable, customer-focused, and highly professional throughout the entire process. She is a phenomenal brand ambassador for your organization, and I will absolutely be recommending her to my friends and family.
The refrigerator arrived on time as scheduled, and the two delivery staff were efficient, professional, and courteous. They completed the delivery quickly while taking great care throughout the process.
