The displays in CAS were easy to get round and we weren’t pressured in any way while we looked. We were very pleased with the person in the store who explained the benefits of different models of dryers. The delivery arrived within three days, on time, and the two guys were polite and efficient. They checked the installation work of the washing machine carefully before leaving. We cannot speak highly enough of the team.

I was assisted by Sara Podhorodeski while purchasing a new refrigerator, and she provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.
Sara was engaging, knowledgeable, customer-focused, and highly professional throughout the entire process. She is a phenomenal brand ambassador for your organization, and I will absolutely be recommending her to my friends and family.
The refrigerator arrived on time as scheduled, and the two delivery staff were efficient, professional, and courteous. They completed the delivery quickly while taking great care throughout the process.

Dev Patel was a great help! He saw we had stove picked out, and rather than upsell us, he made the purchase quick and easy, provide us with the name of someone who can handle the gas connection, and within 5 days we had our brand new oven.

The person I dealt with, imanbir, was great in his knowledge and ability to help me through the process, and I eventually got what needed. The only hiccup was a otr microwave in stock that was damaged that forced me in a different direction. Otherwise very happy and would recommend

No response from CAS sales after installation
The purchase and installation went smoothly but a few days after I purchased my Bosch 500
dishwasher CAS advertised the same model for $200 less. I contacted the salesperson for an explanation and possible adjustment. I left messages but never received a reply.

The zero charge for delivery and take…
The zero charge for delivery of the new appliances and take away of the old appliances and zero charge for any new hoses is a surprise compared to other stores selling appliances. The prices are comparable to other stores but the zero delivery charge actually makes Canadian Appliances cheaper than the other stores. The salesman was very pleasant to work with.
My husband and I missed the fact that the model I received was not the same as the floor model. That is the only reason I did not give 5 stars

Our fridge broke down and we were in…
Our fridge broke down and we were in desperate need of a new fridge. Our range also had a burner that stopped working so we were in the market for that too. We went in and were served by Gary Gill. He introduced himself and then let us wander around a bit to see the options available. We already kind of knew what we were looking for based on consumer reports. Gary walked us through the pros and cons, showed us various models of the type of appliances we were looking for and helped us make a quick, but informed decision. The process was no pressure and very comfortable. The appliances were delivered 2 days after which was awesome! The delivery team was also very good and took care not to scratch our hardwood floors and brand new kitchen cabinets. It was a tight squeeze but they got the appliances in with no issues at all. I also appreciated the care taken attaching the fridge waterline! Overall...a 5 star experience.
