They had exactly what I needed as featured on their website at a great price. Seeba our sales rep was spot on with info & details! Even loved the $8.00 fee to take away the garbage...After the flood the last thing I wanted was more garbage. Delivery was on time, install was flawless. I had an outstanding experience with Steven at Canadian Appliance Source in Dorval. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right washing machine rather than simply making a sale.

Even though I live in the Ottawa area and everything was done over the phone, Michael Armanious from the Dorval location was great in helping me pick a refrigerator that would meet both my needs and my budget.
He was very patient with me and took his time to make sure I would be happy with my purchase.
He set up the delivery time and said I would be notified the evening before with a 3 hour window for delivery for the next day, which I did receive notification of. Not only that, the delivery crew called during that time noted saying they would be at my place in 15 minutes. They were very pleasant and efficient at bringing in my new refrigerator and hauling out my old one.
I have received my new refrigerator and it is exactly what I needed. Very very pleased with the service I received from Canadian Appliance Source. I would highly recommend!!!!

We had an issue where a client in store had caused some minor damage to our appliance on the day of delivery.
