If I could give half a star!!!
If I could give half a star!!!! I had ALL my appliances picked out, the lady did not have to lift a finger in showing us appliances. We chose this place as they did delivery, and some installation, reviews seemed okay. We go sit down to order, everything is great she tells us to go shop around and if there is a better price she will match (then got mad when I did just that cause $13,000.00 is a lot of money). Once we got everything ordered, we confirmed our delivery location and when they deliver as we live out of town. Finally it was the day, well they sold our dryer on us, now order from manufacturer. Then past the delivery date and we have two wait two weeks. So fine, we choose to wait. Then my dishwasher goes order from manufacturer and won't be available until August 1st. We call to ask what is going on, they told us they don't hold appliances (even with a deposit) and the next delivery time is end of July. We said we would cancel our order as this to us is unacceptable, the manager told us to go right ahead as it didn't matter to her. We ended up cancelling all but 3 items as they were there and I needed them, but my husband had to go pick up. They proceeded to tell him there was no one to help load as it was a storefront not a warehouse so he asked someone from work. When they showed up there were guys waiting on a loading dock to help load. NEVER again would I go there or recommend.

AP is a great business to buy from when you need an appliance. From the friendly customer service to the accurate and on time delivery, everything goes exactly as stated. They also have the best prices around. When delivered, the guys are respectful and careful and even hooked up the waterline line before pushing the fridge I. My washer and dryer were delivered, installed and tidied up within 25 min. Great service, fantastic price and top notch setup service.
I was also called minutes after making my online order ensuring a delivery date was set and the agent even suggested a fitting meant for steam dryers that I seemed to have missed.

Great service
My fridge gave up the ghost after 14 years and I needed one now. There were lots of big fridges but I needed one for a space that was under 63" high. CAS were the only appliance store that had the right one 'in stock'. I did not have to wait a week or buy a used one. They had it in my house the following day delivered by two conscientious men who took away my old fridge and installed my new one for 'FREE. The young lady Vicky was very helpful and followed up with confirming my warranty and help if needed. Great service and I highly recommend Canadian Appliance Store.

I needed a new fridge right away.
My old fridge unexpectedly died and I needed to replace it quickly. Eduard showed me the models that met my size requirement and answered questions, then let me browse & select the one I wanted. (I don't like sales reps who hover.) The model was in stock and delivered two days later. The delivery guys did an awesome job of maneuvering it into my small house. Everyone at CAS was friendly and efficient and I got a great fridge.
