Professional & On Time
We received a text the night before with a “window” of time for our delivery. We were able to track the delivery, which was accurately timed. When the delivery guys arrived with our washer & dryer, everything went like clockwork. Old appliances removed & new ones hooked up, packaging removed & ready to use in well under 1 hour! Excellent service! We were very impressed!

I had a really positive experience with CAS
I had a really positive experience with CAS. My delivery was on time and the delivery drivers were very careful getting my new fridge and old fridge through some tight spaces.
My fridge had a broken part but the after sales team (especially Treshna) were super fast in replying to my emails and taking care of the issue.
The replacement part arrived very fast and I couldn’t be more pleased

good product but delivery and stock need to improve.
The ease is nice but the fact that the wedsite says in stock then once it is ordered we get a call stating it is 7+ days out due to no stock.
The other issue is not being able to pick a time or indicate it is a business this is being delivered to, all it says it to pick a day. We are a General Contractor and could bring a lot of business but the issues above are major in our industry and need to be improved prior to ordering further.

The sales team were excellent. I dealt with Eduard and he listened to what I was looking foe, including the price range, and showed me a product. He answered any question I had and was extremely knowledgeable.
I would definitely recommend CAS to anyone who is purchasing new apliances. They have a terrific selection of brands available.

Customer Service was great. Sales Rep was new so knowing of products spec n functions was a little rusty. With time she will become more knowledgable with specs of products when questions are ask or/and functions that customers do not want or do want. Delivery Service was excellent and on time.
