No supervisor to talk with when customer service was being unreasonable. We were lied to about the features on a machine that was not on the floor to view.
Each time they have responded to me, they have stated I had two quotes, which I did. I asked for two quotes, two different brands with the same features. The salesman assured me both quotes had the features I wanted, which was a lie. I looked at there return policy and its “ out of the box no return”. The guys who delivered it, had it out of the box before it even came into my house. So returns aren’t possible through CAS.
