Experience was seamless
Experience was seamless. Booked a meeting with Andrew Lee on buying washing machine. He is knowledge and explained everything in details. Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were great. They took away the old machine, set up the new one efficiently, checked the level and machine was running without leaks. Yes I will come back for my next appliances.

On entering the store we were left to browse for a while which is what we wanted to do.
Eventually Naveed Afzal came and helped answerering our questions. It was a good experience and 2 purchases were made. It didn't take long. Delivery was made next working day and at the time stated. The two delivery guys were very friendly and careful moving g the appliances in and out of the house. Prices were good.

Upon arrival at CAS, Markham we were pleasantly greeted by Naveed Afzal.
We found Naveed listened to us, was very knowledgeable & provided options for us to consider.
Naveed also explained in detail today's pricing, instant rebates, credit card negotiated discount, 4 year extended warranty & that our selection qualified for free delivery, old appliance removal & water line connection.

(Because my customer's condo unit has a very low ceiling, dishwashers bought from other appliance stores wouldn't fit.) Nina Zhang was very professional and patient, and helped me find the GE-GDT225SSLSS (only 32.5 inches high, and the mounting brackets can be installed on the side of the dishwasher) from a large selection of models.
