TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not buy from this company. Our floor was severely damaged with delivery of our fridge. Canadian Appliance Source And the company they use for deliveries, firsct class appliance delivery .took no responsibility and made no effort to rectify issue. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!
That is a terrible excuse. Yes that is true it was signed. But that is because the delivery drivers positioned the fridge over the damaged floor to hid it until they had left and damage was only discovered after fridge was moved into place. The response you have replied with is a perfect example if what customers can expect when a similar thing happens to them. Thank you for demonstrating your total lack of responsibility and customer care.

Great experience
We bought several appliances from CAS in the past few years and always had great experiences from sales to delivery&installation. We'd like to thank Rebeca Chan who has always been patient introducing the most suitable models for us and providing the best price. We recently bought a dryer and washer, on the day of delivery we just noticed the bathroom door is too narrow for the machines to enter. The delivery team explained to us with great patience how to proceed next and helped us arrange a second appointment for installation. Everything is transparent and easy to manage online. Whenever we have any questions, the customer service line always responds in time. We're very satisfied with CAS products and services.
