Quick delivery
When my fridge stopped working, I chose to buy from CAS because they offered next day delivery. They charged only a small fee for this service otherwise delivery and removal of the old frige was free.

Nothing made our experience exceptional, but nothing went wrong either and the staff were pleasant. We had done a lot of comparison shopping, so we knew what we were lookIng for. The dedication to customer service that Sapna, after sales CR exhibited, to help resolve months old issue, is to be credited as exceptional and she needs to be acknowledged and credited for her perseverance to resolve the issue with coordination between the manufacturer and the end user. A brand new Frigidaire unt had missing parts and excessive condensation on the inside. Electrolux- (terrible service) dominated by lies and misinformation and ZERO customer relation effort made excuses and little effort to be of genuine help, kept sending their service partners Elite Appliance to resolve a problem, which could not be resolved until Sapna stepped in.
