Went in to buy a new washer, described our old one, said we wanted to stay with same brand and style. Picked one out, in stock, paid for and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Delivered in 2 days, unpacked, in place and ready to go. All I had to do was adjust the levelling. Extremely painless!

Service and follow up was excellent
Service and follow up was excellent. No complaints except, why I took one star off, they refused to take the packaging (boxes) even after charging us $8.00 for the service. They eventually reimbursed us but nevertheless it was a disappointment.

Quality of service - outstanding.
The washer we ordered wasn't actually in stock and ready for delivery - it was a website error. We needed it asap, so I called customer service. A woman picked up right away, and solved the problem by offering me between two options. A second service rep called me within 20 minutes to discuss my choice, which I am very happy about. The instillation took no more than 20 minutes, and they removed the broken washer too. Best service from any company I've had in ages!!
