I been waiting 3 months for them to repair my ice machine. I finally received a phone call three weeks ago to know what was the problem. The Guy, Martin never called back and this morning I called the insurance company and they told me the case was closed and done. WTF.. I paid the extra insurance and this was their answer.

They were very kind
I made a mess of the order and they put up with me and guided me through the whole process. They couldn’t have been nicer except for one instance with the packaging being left in the space between my stacked washer and dryer. There’s fat chance of me lifting the dryer on my own to get the plastic out and I have no men in my life since my husband died. But overall, I would definitely shop there again. And I would recommend friends to do so also
