I’m had a number of scheduling changes on my end and a washer/dryer issue that had to dealt with by my builder. Som was very patient and kind throughout. The only improvement item I have is that if you are going to sell the microwave drawer than the installers should know how to install them. I still have to find a contractor to install mine.

I had gone to two box stores and…
I had gone to two box stores and received a shoddy reception from both chains. I searched online and found the Canadian Appliance Source website -- it was easy to use. I went to the Ottawa - Merivale Road location and met with Dan -- he was excellent. He showed me the options, let me have space to make my choice. He arranged the delivery that met my timelines, and the delivery team was efficient, and made the experience simple and pleasant. Will recommend to family and friends.

LG Dishwasher damage follow-up
LG dishwasher arrived with invisible damage to drain hose not found until store contracted installer tested installation. Awaiting delivery of part by LG. Customer has to arrange for second installer visit with contractor. No follow-up by store personnel in response to my call.

The advice was helpful, delivery fast—within 48 hours (I bought my washer/dryer late in the afternoon so next day delivery was not possible— fair enough). Installers were on time and efficient. Everything was as promised. Customers do not get the 3 hour delivery window until the night before. I would have been more helpful to be able at least to know at time fo purchase whether delivery would be morning or afternoon. This said, the timing worked just fine for me and it was helpful to be able to track the delivery.
