Great experience with CAS, we will definitely use this company again! Salesman Mohammed Abdella was super helpful over the phone and the two delivery guys were just amazing. They were friendly, helpful and professional, taking care of the old fridge, the delivery of the new appliance and as well, the removal and reassembly of our front door from it's frame.

First off, Jamie from sales who answered our call on Monday the 21st sized up our situation quickly and helpfully. Then, the lady from customer service provided good advice and we cancelled our online order, while then placing an order for a larger item. Finally, the two delivery guys were fantastic, as we had a lot of steps and they got it done smoothly.

Excellent sales rep (Jamie) who guided me in making solid choices for my mom’s house as we needed to have new appliances installed to replace her 20 year old fridge and dishwasher. Jamie was careful to ensure the fridge would fit a smaller space. Delivery was prompt even though my mom lives 2 hrs from Ottawa and they removed her old appliances and an old freezer as well. Overall, have shopped many times for my own appliances at CAS and love the prices, all the sales reps and service.

The entire experience was great right from purchasing and to the delivery. Was simple exact and extremely professional. I would recommend CAS to everyone. The web site was great for comparing appliances, with every choice of brand out there. Went into the Ottawa West location and dealt with Brendan Donohue was in and out in 45 minutes with all my appliances purchased. He kept me informed all the way through the process to delivery.
