Alex was a very competent sales person
Alex was a very competent sales person. He was patient, offered advice, knowledgeable about products and financing. I did not feel like I was being pushed or pulled in any direction when it came to products and he did suggest others and ask questions about what my needs were. Good rapport and followed through from beginning to after delivery. About delivery set-up, wish they had of made sure the appliance was level! It’s important for washing machines to be level-they know that or should know that and a single woman cannot take care of that.

From incorrect information by the sales…
From incorrect information by the sales rep which caused an additional weeks delay in ordering a gas dryer, to totally incorrect information supplied by the office concerning delivery. This was a totally unpleasant experience. I kept receiving computer notifications concerning the delivery in three days when I called to confirm they said it won’t be in for another 6 to 8 weeks. I spoke to three different people at the office each one giving a different date that a minimum of a month delay either they have wrong information on their computer or they’re totally incompetent. I question how viable Canadian appliance store really is as they have no inventory.

Mohammed Abdella, the sales person in Ottawa made the whole experience seamless. He communicated quickly and efficiently by email and by phone answering all my questions. He even made it easy for me to get in touch with Blue Flame the installers in advance of the purchase so I could further confirm details about the installation. In addition I was happy with the sale price and included delivery that I got on the new stove.
