Excellent Experience
It helped that I already knew which product I wanted but the sales rep was helpful and the process on line literally took less than 30 minutes to complete for a big ticket item. He delivered on time and as promised.
Also, the delivery service you use is the best delivery service I have ever had. Communication, tracking and on time delivery. I cannot speak highly enough of the service

Faulty Dryer
My dryer was installed, and it doesn’t work. I contacted CAS and was sent the exchange form to fill out, and was told someone would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. That was Saturday morning, and now it’s Monday afternoon…still no call. It’s been a disappointing first impression to say the least.

Ordering my Bosch dishwasher on the phone was easy and efficient, and your representative was pleasant and arranged for a free extended warranty that I didn’t know was available at the time. The men who delivered the dishwasher were friendly and polite and careful placing the appliance in my kitchen. This was my first time purchasing an appliance from Canadian Appliance and I will do so again.

Canadian Appliance is honest about availability. If the unit isn’t readily available they won’t sell it to you. Some other retailers are taking deposits on fridges or ranges that they will probably never get this year. Those deposits are often non-refundable.

Bought 2 appliances, only 1 was delivered, I called customer care to enquire why it was only 1 that was delivered, she told me she will call back there was no call back after 2 days.
Bad experience with the call back,no apology from the customer care no reason was given for the delay in the delivery.
