Ordered in person at the store
Ordered in person at the store. A set of washing machine and dryer, was told will be ready and delivered on March 11, only the washing machine was delivered and was told, no stock for the dryer since then , nobody followed up or any update provided. So far still waiting and very stressful since my household can only wash the laundry and can not dry them. Please help if you understand my review. Thanks

Awesome experience
I was really well taken care of from the online sales transaction with Peeyush to the delivery and installation by Sorush and his cousin. Peeyush was patient with me as I made up my mind between models, and he continued his good communication after the sale to help lineup the delivery time. He was located in Scarborough and I was all the way out in the Alberta Rockies. As for the delivery from Calgary, Sorush and his cousin were kind, hardworking and so polite. My place is tricky to move anything large in and out of, but they did it seamlessly. Sorush hooked everything up easily and made sure everything worked before helping me get the door back on the hinges and then took off, having cleaned up and taken all the packaging mess with them. Really bad experience wasted a lot of money
Please keep in mind we have the exact dimensions and model number to be replaced and the sakes guy said no problem and the installer said it was not even close
Well, we were told that we would get a washer that would match the specific one and model number we gave, and that washer came. It was the wrong size and then the installers refused to install it because they said they needed to change the hoses which we weren't informed about that and then they wouldn't help even putting the dryer on top of the washer to help us to see if it would fit so we could keep the washer there so there's stubbornness we just returned the washer now the only good thing is is that we did get a full refund, but would not order from there again
The salesman I think just wanted to push a item that was on sale and overstocked or whatever
Totally wasted my time, wasted my service guy we found another company who delivered the washer. Did all the work installed it put the other dryer on top without any issues.
Sounds like the installers are a third-party that you're using and they really don't care about your sale

Zero after-sales follow up. Sales rep doesn’t return emails or phone calls.
Misinformation regarding installation.
Delivery people were not told that they were to take away old appliances, creating unnecessary stress. After pressing the matter emphatically, they finally agreed to remove them.
Overall, an unpleasant and expensive experience.

DELIVERY WINDOW ASSIGNMENT
The company just arbitrarily assigned a delivery time
window. The delivery time window was advised to
me on the evening before the date of delivery. It was not possible to contact CAS either by phone or email.
The phone line was unattended. The email would not
have facilitated a timely response. The email link embedded in the email notice did not function.
My first delivery was missed. Rather than just a phone call which I unknowingly missed 5 minutes in advance of the delivery truck's arrival, it should have
been a text message at least 15 minutes ahead of the delivery truck's arrival, so that it could be distinctively seen and recognized. The previous paragraph is about the arbitrarily assigned re-delivery.
The delivery truck staff were actually first class and
very helpful. This review should NOT reflect anything negative towards them. Please pass on a commendation to them for the way they helped me
given the situation I was forced to work with. They
mitigated the situation very effectively.

Location is really good
Location is really good, accessible entrance. The store is well organized, clean, welcoming; Not too much items but variety of planty of choices, not confusing for some older custumers as ourselves. The administrative section was visible once you go through the door, and the staff prompted us immediately after we entered. Greated us professionally yet politely, provided information to my husband directing him to the area he needed. Asked us how he can help us. After we explained what we need, he eagerly took us to the area of interest. His effort to convince us, the knowledge about the appliences that we needed, the clear description of the items and the pros and cons for each of them according to our needs, were amazing, no words can explain how satisfies we were. After stragling for more than three months with another store, this was like something unbolivable, was fast, easy to decide, happy with choice offered, and abave all, you can't say who was happier, us that we made good deal and good choice, or him who got another opportunity to proof his skills, knowledge and devotion to the profession. In two days we bought the appliences, they delivered, installed, and the tennant called back to tell us haw happy she was with the appliences. We couldn't be happier.
