Poor delivery experience.
Purchase was good. Issues were with the delivery. I was not home when the washer and dryer were delivered. With the purchase I was given free installation, but the machines were not installed properly. I had to spend 90 minutes after getting home from work levelling the machines. If I didn’t know to do this I would be damaging my new machines on the first wash. The guys didn’t even put the caps on the back of the machine where the packing bolts were removed. Luckily for me they were kind enough to leave the installation package in my laundry tub for me to do it myself. The icing on the cake was when I received a text from my neighbour that one of the delivery guys was urinating next to their truck at the base of the driveway. I reported this to CAS and was told it couldn’t have been their guys but someone passing by. Strange that my neighbor spoke directly to him as he was emptying the trash from the cab of his truck into their recycling bin. I give two stars instead of one because the quickness of the delivery was good. I purchased it on Monday evening and received it on Tuesday.
Update:
I do not know how your company can keep saying that it wasn’t your employee who urinated next to the truck. That it was someone else when my neighbour spoke directly to him right after and then he got into the delivery truck and drove away. Did this passerby steal your truck as well? Don’t make excuses for bad employees. You make this worse by denying that it happened.

The delivery guys were terrific and…
The delivery guys were terrific and made the experience so easy.
The salesperson was friendly but I think she is very new to the job. I had done a lot of research on the Samsung Bespoke front loader washer. I think I knew more about the machine than she did. She also hasn't mastered the interpersonal skills that a salesperson needs to develop a good rapport with the customer. I think you should consider a more intensive training program before putting sales people on the job. However, she was very pleasant and I got what I came in for. So I'm a satisfied customer with a rating of 4 stars our of 5.

The sale person was not responding, the delivery guys were very rude. They didnt get a drain hose extension for my machine, I had to install it myself. I will never ever shop here again.

Actually 0 stars- the place is awful - we went to purchase a fridge explaining to the salesperson Hamandeep that it would be located beside a wall on the right- he assured us that the wall would not interfere with the fridge door opening- guess what it did. when I called him for an exchange he told me all fridges are like that - (I guess he meant to say the fridges they sell are all like that because a more reputable retailer sold us a fridge that worked perfectly-)
since the fridge was out of it's box (Duh!!! of course it's out of the box!)
they charged us a $498.75 restocking fee to return the fridge (and a $64.95 pick up fee) As for their customer care dept, they DON'T care-
the whole experience was terrible- I wish I had read the reviews before going -- my bad I guess- words of advice : DON'T SHOP THERE!

At the time of purchase, specifications are shared and discussed in detail.
We understand that fitment issues can occur; in these instances, customers may return the appliance with the delivery team.
If we are required to send the team back for a return, a pickup fee is applicable, and a restocking fee may also apply depending on the condition of the product and its packaging.
Regarding your case, we can see that the restocking fee was lowered to 25% on January 9th when we typically charge 35%.
As of February 4th, we have further reduced this fee to $200.00.
